La posizione è molto comoda e si trova nel centro strategico del mercato Pratunam. Circondato da numerose bancarelle di cibo, boutique, auto tuk tuk e 7-11. Nella hall dell'hotel è presente un negozio di massaggi. Mi piace che l'hotel offra il servizio massaggi ai clienti. L'esperienza del massaggio è molto buona. Foto allegata per il riferimento ai prezzi dei massaggi. Anche la camera dell'hotel è pulita e il servizio di pulizia dell'hotel è abbastanza ok. L'hotel fornisce anche alcune patatine e pacchetti di bevande gratuiti a questo prezzo conveniente. Questo è un punto in più. Nel complesso considero una buona esperienza.

Location is very good. Pratunam market is just downstairs and the other malls are just nearby.
Walls quite thin and can hear the people closing the door and stomping their legs etc.
Cleanliness was okay. With some stains on wall surface etc. but is okay cause you don’t touch the wall on purpose.

I came here for business trip as the location is suitable to stay for business trip. However the staff were so rude as we cant handle our business stuffs in the hotel. They refuse to help us carry our business things to the room and even to the lobby. They even said its our business so handle your own business things. So soooo rude! Isnt it the hotel nature business to help the guest when they see us struggle to carry our own things? Other hotels near there were so good to help us but why this particular hotel does not wanting to help at all????? And talking behind our back some more with their languange is super rude! There is one receptionist and old lady with the glasses she is even more rude with the hotel guest!!!! And to top up some more…my friend got bed bugs from staying at this hotel!!!!! Worst hotel ever!!!!! Do not..i repeat do not stay at this hotel if u are staying here for business and if you do not want to get caught by bed bugs!!!!! And the hot water isnt working too which is fine for me but if u always shower with hot water this hotel is not for you.

Always stay here during my trip, all very basic but location near to everything. Simple n straightforward hotel, will continue to stay here during my trip , recommended 👍
