Il personale è cordiale. Il servizio è buono. La stanza è grande ma il letto e il cuscino sono troppo morbidi e il cuscino puzza di insetti... la doccia è troppo piccola. Un'altra cosa negativa è l'allarme antincendio sul soffitto (non so cosa sia) che continua a lampeggiare con una luce blu tutto il tempo, non riesco a dormire la prima notte a causa di questa luce blu. La posizione è buona perché è nel centro commerciale e sopra la stazione della metropolitana. Ma è difficile trovare un taxi o un Grab. Ho impiegato mezz'ora per farmi accettare un Grab, soprattutto a Bangkok ho impiegato solo 5 minuti per trovare un taxi Grab ma in questo posto gli autisti Grab raramente accettano a meno che non lascino le persone in questo stesso edificio. Comunque, il Samyan Mitrtown è così piccolo che non ha niente da comprare. Ci sono solo Uniqlo e Muji, dove possiamo fare shopping. In conclusione, dalla mia esperienza questa volta, non soggiornerò più in questo hotel o andrò in questo posto.

La posizione era ottima per la stazione MRT (Underground Train) che era lontana dalla stazione BTS Siam (Sky train). Il personale era cortese e accogliente. Ho soggiornato al 10° piano, stanza 1017, dove non era il massimo per la vista dalla mia finestra, ma se vuoi puoi chiedere al personale di darti una stanza con una vista più bella.

The hotel was in great location and very clean on daily cleaning service. Located with everything you need, perfect for families and solo travellers. Staff was helpful and kind in assisting any requests they can provide. Only downside are limited numbers of room availability, that why it always fully booked throughout the year and the next. Wishing to booked this hotel again!

The room is relatively spacious compared to similar hotels domestically. The hotel staff provide excellent service, although their English is somewhat Thai-accented, making it a bit hard to understand, but overall communication is not affected. Additionally, two coffee vouchers are given daily, which can be exchanged for coffee or tea at the lobby coffee cart. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms, but a smoking area is specifically designated on the 11th floor balcony, which still offers a great view. Downstairs are a 7-Eleven and a shopping mall, with the mall directly connected to the subway station, which resembles a bunker-like structure. Convenience is top-notch. Adjacent to the hotel is Chulalongkorn University, Thailand's top-ranked university.

The hotel location is very convenient which closes to MRT and walking distance to Banthatthong.

Nice boutique hotel that is close to office. Also next to Sam Yam Mitrtown. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel location is excellent, room is modern and clean, staffs are pleasant are nice, but facilities are limited, no eateries, no restaurant, don't even have tooth brush and tooth paste in the room, gym is small and limited equipment, otherwise, overall is a comfortable stay.........

I had an amazing experience staying at Triple Y Hotel . It completely exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was so relaxing and charming, which made my stay unforgettable. The hotel’s design and ambiance were perfect, and I loved how cozy and welcoming everything felt. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

Good location., Convenient Sizeable room, Good lighting, Good a/c , Good shower Helpful and kindness receptionist But don't except too much service provided, eg extra room key, or, towel ...they will be verified and re confirmed what's happening, abd why is that.

Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. The room can cater for 4 persons easily but has to add additional payment. Quite satisfied with the service by hotel and convenient to get any fast food at 7 Eleven.There are plenty of foods at the premise nearby the area.

Great hotel and totally worth it. The room is spacious and there's a mall downstairs. The room is quiet and nice and you can reach bts by going to the mall downstairs within minutes.
