Uno dei migliori alberghi di Bangkok. I servizi sono tutti quanti eccellenti, dall'accoglienza fino all gestione del cliente durante l'intero soggiorno. L'albergo ha una bellissima infinity pool con una vista pazzesca sulla città. Ottimi i ristoranti, un plus è anche la possibilità di scelte vegetariane/Vegane. La colazione è un un po' costosa ma per quello che offre il prezzo è totalmente adeguato se non addirittura poco. Si può vantare di svariati cibi di ogni cultura, occidentale, asiatica, perfino marocchina. Da non perdere la vista all'ultimo piano. Skyline incredibile fino ad ora uno dei migliori mai visti.

Bellissimo hotel con una bellissima piscina. Il letto è super comodo. La colazione era una delle migliori che abbia mai avuto negli hotel di lusso. Solo piccoli dettagli: la mia stanza non aveva snack o minibar, alcuni asciugamani in piscina devono essere sostituiti sembrano molto vecchi. Sul tetto ho detto che non potevo mangiare cibi fritti e mi hanno portato degli involtini primavera fritti dopo aver detto che erano cotti al vapore. Hanno addebitato un costo aggiuntivo per il check-out posticipato. Comunque ci tornerei

Nel complesso, l'hotel in sé è fantastico. Servizio eccezionale e personale molto gentile. Solo la posizione è un po' lontana dal BTS. Va bene se prendi un taxi invece di viaggiare con i BTS. È a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal BTS. In caso contrario, questo hotel è perfetto. Il buffet mattutino e la piscina sono fantastici e vorrei tornarci!

I booked a 2 night, 2 bedroom suite and loved the fact that their pool included service was also very good, the only bad experience was that we had to wait until after 3pm check in

Great hotel very close to everything. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. The staff at checkin and checkout was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was delicious with a wide selection of options at the breakfast buffet.

We had a very good stay at the Marriott hotel Surawongse. The two bedroom suite is tastefully furnished. The beds are very comfy with silky smooth sheets. Love the strong rain shower. Breakfast was a huge spread with so many choices. Hotel provides a handy transfer to BTS Sala Daeng with a van. All in all, enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel located a bit far from away from most of the shopping mall, where not within the walking distance. Anyway, their breafast is good ; lots of choices and foods are delicious.. Hotel room is clean and spacious.

Hotel with nice environment but the front desk staff not very smart and takes so long to settle our problems.

Hotel nearby to iconsiam river, just take boat to cross the river.

Good service and good value and decent location. Prepared a birthday cake for us. And helped us order taxi also as my grab didn’t work perfectly at bbk

A very pleasant stay and very impressive breakfast with a great variety of choices.

Generally the hotel staff are nice and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous but found the phone in the room didn’t work, the necessity not placed back after house keeping, the water provided by hotel in the room with weird taste.. and the confusion in reservation of the hotel car and one of the male hotel staff loaded the responsibility to me… and the end, a hotel lady was very kind and solved the matter. But I think I would try other hotel in Bangkok in future.
