I booked a one bed suite. I asked for no connecting door to next unit at booking. I arrived to find suites all have connecting doors. If aware of this I would have cancelled. There is a reason I book large rooms as I do not want to hear anyone. Breakfast was only average. Staff very friendly.

Good location with walking distance away from BTS station. Don’t expect a 5 star service, however I do give credit to the great service they provided. Room is ok just abit old design. Overall it was good. Recommended

Very good frontdesk and other services. Property and amenities a bit aged. Breakfast simple and basic.

The hotel is well located. Tram station is close. Breakfast was also good. Not many choices but enough to enjoy it. Service by the workers was very nice.

The hotel is bid outdated, but it has large rooms and it was clean.

Overall happy with their service provided and near to Maha Nakorn… Just that it is slightly far away from the BTS station…

Serene集團下的精品酒店一直都是首選。在清邁住過bodhi和baan saen fang，都是性價比非常高的精品度假酒店。曼谷的這家感覺更像是商務酒店與精品酒店的混合。雖然度假的氛圍少了一些，但員工的友好與熱情程度依然不減。可能是因為曼谷的商業地理環境，讓這家酒店顯得更加商務化。

員工親切友善，房間蠻大的，很棒的是有兩張椅子可以和朋友一起坐在桌邊是宵夜，陽台也有桌椅可以坐，浴室稍微小了一點，且不好從浴缸裡跨出來，冰箱很大可以冰很多水果和飲料，附的早餐雖然不多樣，味道也尚可

위치도 나쁘지 않고 그랩도 잘 잡히고 간단하지만 뷔페식 조식 간단히 먹기엔 나쁘지 않았습니다. 방키는 2개 달라고 하니 2개 줘서 에어컨용으로 두고 다녀서 항상 시원했습니다. 큰기대 안하면 나름 괜찮습니다.

Многое зависит от номера. На втором этаже плохая вентиляция и пахнет сыростью. На пятом этаже все было отлично. Завтрак хороший, но не разнообразный, соответствует стоимости номера. Вода в бассейне грязновата, но удивило наличие сауны и джакузи. Персонал вежливый.

여기 진짜 괜찮음 방도 크고 직원들 친절하고 위치 진짜 최고 다만 태닝할 목적이라면 비추 수영장이 건물로 막혀서 해가 안들어옴 그거빼곤 최고 바로 맞운편 골목안 시장도 평일에 구경해보시길😀
