A cosy little hotel off the main road of Sukhumvit, so not super central, but for its price and privacy is unbeatable. The pool is kept clean, has most amenities but I think the ability to open windows in the room really makes it super if you don’t like to sleep with the air conditioning on.

Really cosy stay. Location is very near to the sukumvit area. Little swimming pool to calm down and the room very was clean. Only negativ point is that there is no Staff at the reception because it's an oncall reception. Still, the communication via Whatsapp/Line was fast and precise. Would remmonend it and will come back if so.

I didn’t realise that there’s no TV! And it’s quite deep in. A little long walk out to the main road. And there’s no lift! I was put on the 4th floor! 😥

The location is about 10 minute walk to Phrom Phong station. Perfect location as you are close to Emporium mall. Nice balcony big enough swimming pool for you or someone with you to enjoy. Easy going staff. Unique design staircase. Older place done well for modern comfort. Huge room and good lighting. The wifi connection was fine. I had no issues streaming. I would come back and stay here.

Location is very good and in the center area of bangkok. Have security 24/7 and they closed the door in the night so it provides private feeling. Have indoor parking lot. The room is quite big as well.

The service is very nice, the staffs are very accommodating and responsive. I love the facilities where you can cook and enjoy the serenity of the place. The alley is very quiet, has a lot of food and cafe around the area. It’s very accessible and you can stroll going to emquartier. I love it. The room is cozy and comfortable. I just don’t like how the pool is located. It’s surrounded by trees and I’m afraid that insects/bugs and other animals might jump out of nowhere. But all in all it’s nice and cozy

Милый отельчик в хорошем районе Бангкока, я бы назвала его даже гостевым домом. До метро минут 10-15 пешком, до 7/11 минут 5 максимум. В отеле чисто и уютно, а ещё не смотря на то, что отель почти в центре - очень тихо. Есть кухонька и стол для завтраков/обедов/ужинов. Нет стиральной машинки на весь отель, только возможность отдавать в чистку вещи за оверпрайс, но в 15минутной доступности есть laundry, где можно спокойно постирать и сразу высушить вещи самостоятельно. От отеля остались хорошие впечатления, остановились бы там ещё раз.

算是個民宿吧，房東和服務員都比較nice，但配套實在跟酒店沒法比，房間很大，床品還算乾淨，但沒電視機，連轉換插座都沒得提供，廁所洗手池水壓很小，好在花灑水壓是足夠的。附近吃早餐、便利店、按摩spa都比較方便。從酒店走出去主幹道/地鐵站，需要步行15分鐘。不適合一家三口入住，因為床只有1.5米寬，睡三個人太難受。

広くて快適な部屋を借りました。値段の割には大満足！ 個人的に無駄なテレビやアメニティが付いてなくて良かったです。歩いて10分のスーパーマーケットで必要なものを安く揃えることもできます。 ベランダで一服できるのも喫煙者としては大変有り難かったです。
