Camera: ho prenotato una camera da letto con un letto grande, un soggiorno e una cucina. I cuscini erano molto alti e molto comodi. La cucina aveva un frigorifero, un fornello a induzione e stoviglie, e il bagno era molto spazioso. C'è anche un piccolo balcone. Ci sono finestre. L'hotel ha appena aperto, è nuovissimo, non ha un cattivo odore, l'aria condizionata è potente e non fa troppo rumore. È un peccato che mi sia dimenticato di fare delle foto, sono simili alle foto fornite dall'hotel. Servizio: il fratello Subin alla reception è stato molto utile. Siamo andati al centro sportivo per assistere a un concerto dei Coldplay. Ci ha anche aiutato a negoziare il prezzo con i taxi. Poiché il prezzo era troppo alto, ha anche usato Bolt per chiamare una moto noi, il che è stato molto commovente☺️ Trasporti: ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla BTS. Puoi massaggiarti durante il giorno🛵 e puoi camminare di notte, non fa troppo caldo Dintorni: C'è la 7-11 dall'altra parte della strada e ci sono molti saloni di massaggi e ristoranti nel raggio di 500 metri.

Sono arrivato in un nuovo hotel. La camera è bella, ma non ci sono finestre. Il bagno è abbastanza grande e l'arredamento è relativamente luminoso. C'è un 711 e un ristorante al piano di sotto. La piscina sul tetto è relativamente piccola. L'unico inconveniente è che l'aria condizionata è rumorosa.

Great and cool place. But to be honest the entrance is through car parking and reception is under the stairs but tiny lobby otherwise perfect place.🙏😇💚✅

Описание отеля не соответствует действительности. Он не 2023 года. Номера обшарпанные и скудные за такую стоимость. Худшее соотношение цена-качества. Часто бываем в Бангкоке и там огромное количество отелей лучшего качества за цену гораздо ниже. Крайне не рекомендую. Особенно повеселила стойка ресепшен, которая под лестницей, как у Гарри Поттера.

Pur essendo nel caotico quartiere di Sukumvit...questo particolare hotel nuovissimo e con solo poche eleganti suites...riesce a calmarti..!..tutti sono gentilissimi...è come essere in una villa con maggiordomo..lo consiglio vivamente e chiedete almeno un executive suite..tanto il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale..!

Only stayed here for 2 days but we really enjoyed the nice apartment, the pool we had for ourselves every time we have been there, the extremely friendly staff, from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies❤️ definitely recommend this place

it could be a five star but i give one...i've been here just one night....nice new and clean hotel in a good position near Sukhumvit Road...room was big and clean with an amazing bathroom with bathtube and shower separeted....but....there is a big but....i paid for a room with breakfast and breakfast was from 6 am to 10 am...i woke up early in the morning because i had a flight at 9 am so i thought to have breakfast at 6am and then i'd go to the airport...but the brekfast restaurant was closed with the lights off....i went downstairs at the reception for complaining about it but the reception was closed until 8 am and there was only a thai keeper that did not speak english...so i had to use google translate to communicate with him...he phoned to his boss and he told me that they were sorry but breakfast would have start at 7 am... so i went to the airport without having my paid breakfast...very bad behaviour by an almost 5 star hotel

Staying at the Alberti was truly a nightmare to me... It was only one night I had booking with this hotel. I was landing late and by the time I arrived the hotel it was already 8:00pm+… after checking in, I went up to my room. I was so shocking as the room they put me in was basically a room covered with walls everywhere, though it stated that it has windows inside the room, but when you open the window, you can simply touch the wall of the other building, the distance between the two buildings were literally few inches away… I was so shocked and the problem is - I am claustrophobic, feeling panic in such a closed space. I immediately ran down and reached out to the reception - his name was Subin / Sabin, I told him about my claustrophobic condition and couldn’t be able to stay in such a room. He replied to me that they were fully booked for my room type, and not able to change the room for me, but they did have a 2 bedroom type, asked me to pay extra in order for an upgrade… I told him that by the time I placed my order to book the room with Agoda, it did Not state clearly that it was a blocked room like this (honestly I also think Agoda was also posted misleading information in this case). It doesn’t matter whether it’s buildings view or even not a good view, I don’t mind at all, but this is a room with windows blocking with walls and you can literally touch the wall of the other building when you open the windows just a few inches away… I told Subin the reception seriously if it was stated clearly on Agoda about the room’s condition, I would definitely not to book this room. His answer to me was just sorry that he couldn’t help except if I pay to have a room upgrade. I was frustrated, and asked if he can make it as an exceptional case for me, told them that I just need to have a calm and comfortable sleep for one night, I won’t touch anything inside the other room, coz literally I was just staying in this hotel for only around 12 hours, apparently Subin did not try to do anything, he did not accept my proposal at all… knowing that he wouldn’t considerate my situation and I don’t see him like the other hospitality profession at all, I gave up and did not want to waste my energy with him anymore. I was feeling upset and tiring. I then went back to my room and try to do whatever I can do - to close all curtains and tell myself “I just stay here for a night, let’s be brave!”. Then I went outside for dinner and massage, trying to avoid staying inside the room for too long. This is just the first part of the night… I finished dinner and went back to hotel around 11:45pm, there was nobody at the reception, they even switched off the light at the reception. I went back to my room and started to unpack and get changed. All in a sudden, all lightings inside my room was gone black out!!! 😱😱😱 I was very nervous and using my iPhone lighting to move around, changed back my clothes, and run immediately downstairs to look for help. Nice and comfy apartment. Bed was comfortable and big. I really appreciate access to saunas and gym. You can even swim in the rooftop pool! Good located only 15 minutes on foot to the nearest metro station.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room. You have your own kitchen. Mrt is not far from here. Rooftop lounge and pool is great place to chill on hot days. And they also have sauna! Our room had 2 TVs both with Netflix.

Really good find in Thong Lo area, large suite style condos with several rooms and even a small balcony. Kitchenette, washing machine was welcome. Breakfast was a set menu which actually is refreshing after having so many bfast buffets on my travels. The residents lounge is quiet and great to chill out overlooking the city. Recommended

love it! everything was great and clean. it’s only 4 months old. the room is quite spacious. nice bed, very comfortable. it’s not far from emquartier, and BTS station ( 10min walk). plenty of restaurants nearby. the staffs were nice and helpful. negative: the drain was kind of clogged in the shower. but overall, it was a nice stay! will be back next year in Feb.
