Hotel Doubletree by Hilton a Bangkok

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti separate con la mia ragazza e devo dire che le camere sono molto belle e il personale è eccezionale. Il piccolo bar nella lobby è molto accogliente e il ristorante offre un'eccellente colazione e un ottimo pranzo a buffet. Il parcheggio è più che adeguato e la vista dai piani superiori è eccellente!

I don’t know where to start praising this wonderful hotel.  I’m a very seasoned traveler and I can say I have never received more for my money.  Smooth check-in to my room despite the fact I arrived before check-in time.  I booked two rooms to spend some quality time with extended family.  Everyone from 6 to 66 had a wonderful stay.  Now some superlatives.  The front desk personnel were unfailingly cheerful and helpful.  The concierge desk arranged EVERYTHING for us.  All their recommendations and time tables were spot on.  The bar hostess, New, saw to it that my order was delivered exactly as I wanted it.  This all brings me to the best thing of all, the breakfasts!! Complete variety of cuisines, so many choices, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.  Of course, the “standards” were the same every day, but other items were surprises. I’m honestly trying to think of the differences between this and some of the 5 star resorts I have visited.  One towel I received was mildly frayed at the edge, maybe the toiletries were more expensive (I’m just fine with Crabtree and Evelyn) and maybe more money spent on furnishings and decor. Let me sum this up; I’m blown away by the quality I received from this hotel given the price I paid.  I could not have been happier or more pleasantly surprised.
