Hotel a 5 stelle a Bangkok

La posizione è buona e l'hotel è molto pulito. Non in zona di traffico congestionata e facile da raggiungere intorno alla città.

โรงแรมอยู่ติดถนน มีที่จอดรถ สะดวกสบายมาก สำหรับการเดินทางไปไหนมาไหน ตอนนั้นมีสอบที่ มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงเลยตัดสินใจนอนที่นี่ สะดวกมากค่ะ หน้าปากซอยมี แม็กแวลู เดินซื้อของกินได้ทั้งคืนค่ะ ห้องพักกว้าง แค่ค่อยข้างเก่าไปหน่อย แอร์เย็นหนาวมากค่ะ มียุงในห้อง แต่เเจ้งที่รีเซฟชั่น พี่ๆเขามาจัดการให้เรียบร้อยดีมากค่ะ

La camera familiare con due camere da letto è molto spaziosa con soggiorno, sala da pranzo, lavanderia e cucina. È spazio per mia nonna a correre da un lato all'altro. La sala ospite è aperta dalle 10 alle 10 con fornitura illimitata di caffè e snack. Il check-out tardivo è consentito. La ricezione è molto utile. Ho fatto una doppia prenotazione per errore attraverso Trip.com e la ragazza al lavoro notturno mi ha aiutato a cancellare la sbagliata. È a soli 16 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Suvarnabhumi. È incluso anche la colazione, che è accettabile in qualità. Sicuramente tornerà la prossima volta.

I hope everyone read my review before making reservations as I never want anyone go through what I experienced. No one should stay in this hotel. Location of the hotel is terrible. It takes about a 30-minute ride from the nearest BTS station. The worst thing is that no driver gives you a ride from the station. I asked about 6-7 drivers for a ride, but they all refused me. It seems no one knows the location. I was stupid enough to think that free wi-fi is available everywhere in Thailand, so I did not have internet connection with me, could not use Grab either. It was a nightmare for me. Eventually I could find a taxi, but it has no meter, and the driver charged double the standard fee. If you choose this hotel, make sure Grab is available with you, otherwise you may not be able to get back to hotel. Hotel should give a ride from/to the station. At least they should warn us that we may not be able to get a ride from the station, and make sure that we have Grab is available. I cannot understand how this hotel can claim themselves as a 5-star hotel. The service is terrible. When I arrived at the hotel, they seemed busy, but i was asked to wait at the reception standing up!!! They never offered a seat. A lady at the reception gave me no information whatsoever about the hotel, such as wi-fi password, the time available for breakfast. I ordered a room service, and they only accept a cash payment. In the morning, the phone rung suddenly for the morning call I never asked for. The staff starts clearing the room very early in the morning, and they make communication with walkie talkie, and you can hear their conversation very clearly and bothers you having a sleep.Clearly, the room is not soundproof. After I spent 2 night there, I could not stand their service, so decided to change the hotel. As I booked for 6 nights, I asked for refund, but they gave me no refund… When I was checking the room to make sure nothing is left in the room, I found my socks between the comforter and the sheets. I was so disappointed because it indicates that the sheet is not changed at the time of cleaning. No staff member smile or give you greeting when I encountered them. I would not complain these things unless the hotel claims themselves as a 5-star hotel, but as long as the hotel is rated 5 stars, I expect the service is superb. Never ever book this hotel! You can find better hotel in Bangkok!

In generale, si ottiene quello che paga. Questo è un hotel di bilancio e si ottiene un'esperienza di bilancio. Il personale è molto amichevole, ma se avete bisogno di un taxi, consigliamo di scendere 15 minuti prima perché ci vorrà un po' di tempo per ottenere un taxi che sia disposto a prendere la maggior parte dei posti in città. La stanza era ben pulita, ma abbiamo trovato diversi insetti nella stanza...supponiamo che siano entrati attraverso il vento nel bagno, ma troveremmo almeno un giorno. Il servizio in camera è molto colpito o mancato. Quando è disponibile, il Curry verde è eccellente. Abbiamo chiamato alcune volte durante le ore di lavoro regolari e sono stati detto al ristorante che era chiuso... dopo aver chiamato il desk prima che il ristorante sarebbe magicamente aperto. Abbiamo anche avuto molte domande sulla tariffazione che saremmo stati prelevati versi prezzi sul menu. Molto frustrante. In generale l'esperienza non era cattiva, ma non lo diremmo nemmeno buono. Solo medio.

Si tratta di un tradizionale albergo vecchio stile con strutture relativamente complete e prestazioni ad alto costo. È vicino a famose attrazioni turistiche come il Grande Palazzo Reale, Wat Pho e il Museo Nazionale della Thailandia, è raggiungibile a piedi ed è quasi il luogo più centrale di Bangkok. La piscina è relativamente piccola, quindi non l'ho sperimentata personalmente.

La stanza ha grandi finestre, luminose e pulite. All'interno è presente il frigorifero, l'assicurazione e piccoli accessori per il bagno! Il ristorante al 12° piano offre una varietà di piatti per soddisfare le esigenze di gusto di più persone. La piscina è lussuosamente costruita e le piante verdi e i bonsai sono bellissimi. L'hotel è vicino al fiume Chao Phraya e il mercato è comodo per fare shopping. E puoi entrare in stretto contatto con la vita cittadina di Bangkok.

Hotel fantastico, posizione migliore. Ci sono tanti ristoranti e stand gastronomici aperti tutto il giorno. Abbiamo alloggiato in camere familiari con porte comunicanti, le camere avevano un odore così buono e perfettamente pulite. Vorrei rimanere più a lungo lì.

Camere pulite e accoglienti con un'ottima colazione? ma Abbiamo affrontato più problemi durante il nostro soggiorno, 1. Nel nostro bagno l'acqua è stata registrata, quindi abbiamo cambiato la stanza perché non veniva riparata. 2. dopo aver cambiato stanza, la serratura della porta della nuova stanza non funzionava correttamente, l'addetto alle riparazioni l'ha riparata ma ancora una volta ha avuto un malfunzionamento. È stata una situazione orribile in quanto non stanno risolvendo il problema più importante di alcun servizio. 3. Il personale è reattivo ma non orientato alla soluzione poiché il malfunzionamento della serratura della porta ha influito sul nostro ulteriore viaggio.
