It was very awful. We booked HHI for a business trip and as we were trying to settle things in our allotted room on the 5th floor.... We found a bandicoot rat pouncing from the refrigerator. To our surprise, there were wrappers bitten by these rats spread all over the cupboard. The rat is a constant survivor of that HHI because it knows its hiding place. If it's a new creature, it would run helter-skelter to escape, but this cautiously moved alongside the wall and hid himself on the curtain rod. When we complained to the staff, he wasn't shocked or surprised he smiled as if he knew about the intrusion of rats and that isn't news for him. The Hotel staff shifted us to the next room, where we found holes in the false ceiling and also the same crumbs of papers and wrappers all around the cupboards.... The rooms also had a foul smell.As soon as we found all these we moved to Regenta Inn a hotel close to Nexus Vega City Mall which fulfilled our expectations and also had a good and comfortable stay during the weekend.

I had a good overall experience during my stay. The rooms were spacious, and the location was excellent, making it convenient for travel. The hospitality was warm, though the service was a bit slow at times. Breakfast was adequate, but unfortunately, many items were not served hot, which could be improved. There were some maintenance issues in the bathroom—the shower didn’t work properly, and I had to request a bucket and mug. Additionally, several parts in the bathroom were missing or broken, which was disappointing. Another issue was the coffee kettle, which didn’t work in the morning. It took an hour to fix, which was inconvenient. Despite these issues, the stay was pleasant overall, but some improvements in service and maintenance would make it much better.

I stayed in Room 501 for two nights. Room was well appointed, service was good but the shower was not working properly. Also there was no alternative arrangement like bucket and mug, if shower is not working. It is a small thing, but it can lead to poor guest experience.

This is not a FAMILY HOTEL be aware of this hotel People drink in lobby do hukka and smoke in lobby Dirty rooms broken lights This seems like a third class hotel Be aware of this hotel and save your money Staff is rude Everything bad can happen at this place avoid this hotel

Has an impressive list of facilities and large rooms. But the furniture is dilapidated, mattress protector and duvet heavily stained, and grime in corners around floor and walls, and in bathroom. Cleanliness does not seem to be a high priority. Wi-fi is ineffective on floors above reception. Staff helpful but English not well understood. I wouldn’t stay again

Executive & Deluxe Rooms are good, spacious and pretty well maintained. Good space and Hygienic. Good location. Poor in room Dining and Breakfast options. Front office is not at all equipped and lack experience. Customer service needs to be improved. Among the 3-star hotels, this seems to be a better option if you are looking at JP or Jaya Nagar.

Location is good. Surrounding is safe and charming. Cleanliness and breakfast very good. Staff is very supportive. Car is available on demand. At reception all time staff is available. For cheap eatables in hotel arrangement is there

Horrible hotel, dirty rooms and bathroom AC wasn’t working so was provided an air cooler which made generator like noises. There was a TV but there weren’t any channels to watch on it available. Breakfast was the only nice thing about the hotel. The location was the only reason for me to take opt for the hotel.

Stayed at Hotel HHI Select, JP Nagar, Bangalore. Overall it was good stay. What was good : *Location of Hotel is 5/5 with many good eateries in walkable distance. The area around hotel is happening, beautiful & safe. *Check in & Check out process was smooth & quick *Car for hire is available, upon guest's request. *The Premium/Premiere Room has rich interiors with good furniture collection like separate Study section, Tea table, Dining, Sofa & ample storage *Front office Management (Mr.Rakepsh & his team) was proactive & keen to make guests comfortable. *F&B Manager Mr.Prakash was professional & keen to provide a good F&B experience to Hotel guests. *Room service was quick. *Room interior designing was done well *Bathroom of Premiere category room was spacious & was equipped with handshower & all basic amenities. However, other category room's bathrooms were a bit small & congested with only ceiling-mounted shower. IMPROVEMENT AREAS : *AC in room does not work properly. I tested AC in 3 different category rooms, air-conditioning was not upto the mark. *Room service needs to improve a lot so that everytime Management intervention is not needed *TV/satelite services need to improve

The hotel was dirty (old coffee still in the mug, holes in sheets), smelled like mold and someone tried to rob me from my room. I reported this to reception who could not explain it. I promptly checked out following the attempted room entry / robbing and phone call asking if I was alone. (As a female traveling alone this is very scary) After explaining all of this, in addition to the bad experience, the hotel still charged me full price for checking out early…

Horrible experience. Behavior of the front desk person (at 05:20 A.M.) was terribly bad. He was arrogant and behaving very badly. When i checked in on 31.st. May, 2023, i told the lady in the reception that i need Invoice on my company name for which i gave my business card. She told me that she will update the details in the system. When i checked out, the gentleman in the front desk just asked me whether i need GST to be added or not. I said no. When i saw the Invoice, it was in some other company's name. I told the person to change as per my business card details. He behaved so badly and arrogantly told it can't be done. Then i requested him to cut the same manually by pen and write my company name and put sign and stamp over there. He didn't even found the correct stamp pad. Definitely i am not going to stay in this hotel never in future.

Terrible experience Had terrible experience ..just for the convenience sake we had stayed.the staffs including the mangers do not have any clue about the operations and guest service...I have booked a deluxe room with twin beds and they gave an awful room..with broken walls in the bathroom and that too without any exhaust ....even the manger promised us that he would resolve nad give us a better room and he was literally vanished in the next day...

This is an extremely poor,old,worn out, I'll maintained hotel Not even a single room is without issues TVs don't have remotes/ols LCDs anyways Mini fridge doesn't work Toilet flush leaks General cleanliness is lacking Breakfast is atrocious and same everyday Wifi hardly works Better avoid totally
