Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am, which is a ridiculous policy. Fortunately they're flexible about it. Room was nice and clean. Location is amazing; right in the middle of downtown Banff. The parking lot behind the hotel is where Flixbus and the Sunshine Village shuttle stop. Highly recommended.

Very stylish hotel and clean facilities. Car park behind hotel which easily access to shuttle buses.

Had a wonderful stay at Mount Royal! The location was super convenient. It was close to many restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is situated in the middle of Banff Avenue. It’s very convenient and easy to find. All shops and restaurants are within walkable distance. The rooftop hot tub is a special bonus. Free parking. Good.

Great location! The shower could have been cleaner. However, the real concern was an unknown person entering our hotel room at 7:30 A.M. My partner and I were unable to fall back asleep after this happening and hotel staff only offered an apology, but no form of compensation. Additionally, parking is scant.

The location is very good, in the center of the Banff. All restaurant and shops nearby, very convenient.

房間偏小，整體調調更陰暗些，房間空調超級吵，難怪床頭要備耳塞給客人，性價比不如新開的Canoe suites好，好在處於Banff大道的中心地段，熱鬧的很，周圍吃吃逛逛選擇蠻多的，也算無功無過吧。

バスローブがあり良かったです！水着を持ってくるべきでした。屋上の温泉もおすすめです！常に混んでいました。

궃이 단점을 찾자면 엘베가 느린거 빼곤 단점이 없는호텔, 특히 위치가 밴프 중심가에 있어서 좋습니다. 극성수기에 방문했음에도 불구하고 주차 자리가 있어서 좋았어요.

酒店地理位置非常好，樓下就是商業街，吃飯買東西都很方便.酒店衞生、設施都比較好。就是房間小了點，服務態度也不錯。值得推薦。

很滿意，在班夫大道最中心的位置，還自帶大大的停車場，前台以及其他工作人員都很nice。房間超大，很安靜。樓下就是班夫小鎮最網紅的冰淇淋店，晚上10點還在排長隊

地理位置非常方便，旁邊就是Cows冰淇淋店和步行街，前台非常熱情，告訴我們如果停車區無空位，酒店會幫忙安排停車。

非常乾淨整潔，服務態度很好！風景也非常好，位置極佳，下樓就有飯店和各種小店鋪，去景點也都非常的方便！
