"It,s located at city center and near to almost every where. Jl. Riau got alot of restaurant and can be reached by walking. The hotel services was very good and the room also clean. Highly recommended to stay either for business or with family. The only cons is the parking slot limited, but the hotels provide free valet service. The hotel has prepared hallowen decoration and the food is also good."

My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff.
At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service.
Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view!
Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel.
Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service.
And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha!
One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out.
Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable.

IIzyan AliFood is nice, bed is amazing. Hotel room and view is great. Guest relations officers took the extra mile to celebrate my birthday and I am so thankful for tt. Amazing and great stay and will definitely choose hilton bandung again! Toilet bowl bidet spray to be clean more thoroughly as it is yellowish. Otherwise it is generally clean and comfortable! :)

In realtà è arrivato tardi circa le 3:00, abbiamo prenotato 3 camere. Ma solo 2 camere con porta di connessione (come ho richiesto) ma un'altra stanza ancora aspettando, perché la stanza non è pronta. Attendiamo così tanto tempo fino a circa le 4:00 possiamo controllare nella stanza (dopo che chiedo al custode di pulire la stanza).
Dopo questo, abbiamo chiamato, abbiamo avuto un buffet di cena complimentare (per il check-in ritardato), siamo stati felici.
Dopo essere arrivati alle 7:00, il cibo era vuoto. Il personale non si accorse che dovevano riempire il cibo. Il pollo con la zuppa di cucina era freddo. La varietà dei cibi era limitata. Anche una donna in 1 gruppo si lamentava: spendere 200K/person, ma il cibo era deluso. Anche noi spendiamo un onere supplementare.
La mattina dopo andai al ginnastico, ho trovato cose sporche nella camera da letto degli uomini.
La mattina prima di entrare, cerco di chiamare l'hotel per riparare la linea, ma nessuno risponde al telefono. Forse il mammifero dovrebbe controllarlo.
L'esperienza inattesa è stata di soggiornare in hotel a 5 stelle.

And the parking lot, its not easy to go in and out and its space only limited especially for high season, when you are in, and u wont go out as no parking space left haha..

EE.A-EWent to Bandung just because of this hotel 😅 perfect for those with young kids cause mostly everything is in this hotel. Both my kids loved it here, the mini zoo has free entry and the kids pool is heated 🤩 Room is big but has basic amenities. There was no view for this hotel but we didn’t mind. Close to Ciwalk mall, and there ware many alfamarts across the road.

AAriaI booked for 2 nights and arrived around 4 PM. The check in process was smooth.
After that i took a nap and woke up at 6 PMby the noise of people chatting from the room besides me. Turns out it was their TV noise and clearly heard in my room. I straigth up called the front office and waited, no one came. 5 mins later i called again and no one came.
I stormed out to the front office because clearly no one cares met with the security. Instead of apologizing he said that he just about to checked. I was really upset and only after that they aware and tried to handled my situation.
Finally after long discourse i moved to another room and promised to be moved to bigger room the next day since that night it was a full booked night.
Moved to the new room, but it was a twin bed room merged into one (i reluctantly agreed, because my wife already said ok).
Next day moved to bigger room, i believe it was the suite found out in the morning that the sheet was no clean (picture 1). To top it off, the room accoustic was as bad as normal room. I stayed in the furthest room of the corridor, but they open the corridor window and let the road noise got in the building. I woke up by the noise of parking attendant whistle (the loud one).
Their suite has bathtub, but the hot water only warm. So when you want to take a long relaxing bath, the water became cold really quickly. My wife was asking for a shower cap, again i had to called twice to get it. Their service was really slow. I was too tired to complaint again, so better just pack my things and checked out from the hotel.
If you looking a place to relax and get a good rest, find another hotel.
