Fantastico
LLinamranOur stay in Bandung was overall a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—very close to Pascal 23 and conveniently near the Whoosh High-Speed Rail, which made getting around very easy.
The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially cozy, making it easy to rest after a full day out.
That said, there is room for improvement in the breakfast spread. Compared to other hotels in Bandung, the variety felt limited. I was hoping for a wider selection including Western, Indonesian, and Chinese options. I also always look forward to a good jamu selection when in Indonesia, but unfortunately the jamu and juices here were quite diluted.
Service during breakfast could also be more attentive—we had to remind staff a few times about our latte, as it was missed on two occasions.
However, despite these minor points, the overall service and experience were still very good.
I would like to specially mention Ms. Ayu from the guest relations team. She was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and truly went the extra mile. She assisted us with spa reservations for two days and even personally followed up via message to remind us and check if everything went well after our treatments.
As someone working in banking, I genuinely appreciate this level of personalized service—it truly creates a “wow” experience for the customer.

TTravellingmaudeDa quando arrivarono al check-out, il soggiorno si sentiva caldo e benvenuto, e il personale ci salutava gentilmente e si accontentava di essere cortesi, che si sentono bene dall’inizio.
La stanza era molto spaziosa, e essendo al diciotto piano, avevamo una bella vista su Bandung. Il letto era eccellente super comodo con grandi mutandine. Mi sono addormentato quasi immediatamente, che dice molto. Le strutture erano in generale solide e funzionavano bene.
Il mobilio è un po' vecchio, ma si sente ancora classico e ben mantenuto piuttosto che scendere. L'unico vero sfondo è il bagno, la testa del bagno è vecchia e il flusso d'acqua è stato squilibrato, che ha preso un po' di distanza dall'esperienza. Le tolette erano pure e perfettamente belle.
La colazione era un'enfasi. Un'ampia diffusione di opzioni locali, tra cui la jamu e il rebusan. Era divertente campionare diversi gusti tradizionali, e la varietà ha fatto qualcosa per la colazione per guardare in attesa piuttosto che semplicemente routine.
L'hotel si trova a pochi passi da Braga City Walk, rendendo molto conveniente per esplorare la zona, mangiare fuori, o fare una passeggiata serale.
In generale, un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole con un servizio eccellente, un grande letto e una forte colazione offerta.

The direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall is an added convenience, making shopping and dining effortlessly accessible.We were also incredibly impressed by the diligent housekeeping team. A particular thank you to the cleaning/housekeeping guy with glasses; his meticulous attention to detail in making up our room ensured a consistently clean and inviting environment throughout our extended stay. It's the hard work and dedication of individuals like him that contribute significantly to the overall comfort and satisfaction of guests.This visit held particular significance as Aryaduta Bandung proved to be the most strategic and closest hotel for the Pocari Sweat Run 2025. UUtente anonimoEverything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly.
We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.

La cosa terribile del nostro soggiorno era il colazione.Forse perché ci siamo trasferiti da martedì a mercoledì, si sono diffusi così sottili con tante scelte, ma nessuno di loro era buono, la parte era così piccola
E non molto di una proteina, preferirei che avessero una piccola selezione per giorni di lavoro lento, ma la parte è grande
Ma abbiamo avuto la nostra stanza migliorata, che era bello.
In generale, c'era un buon soggiorno, solo un cattivo colazione.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

UUtente ospite걸어서 5분 거리에 반둥회의 기념관과 아시아-아프리카 거리가 있어 반둥시내 관광하기에는 좋은 위치다. 내가 묵은 방은 넓어서 좋지만 원래 사진에 나와 있는 방이 아닌 것 같고 그 방보다 못한 것 같다. 광고 사진은 방안 창문이 왼편에 있는데 내가 묵은 방의 창문은 오른편에 있다.
