Asciugamano sporco e nerastro, perdite di rifiuti, perdite nella toilette seduta, cattivo odore dalla toilette, lenzuolo sporco, trovato un ferro da stiro sul tappeto.

Cibo delizioso, servizio cordiale e di qualità, camere confortevoli e spaziose, lo stesso ambiente del centro commerciale.

Trovo tutto sorprendente e anche trovare un'alta cura e persone professionali che si prendono cura della mia stanza come il signor Choirul ha lavorato molto bene e quando abbiamo bisogno di lui lo troviamo.Io consiglio a tutti coloro che visitano lampeggiatura bandera per avere molto piacevole e il bellissimo tempo in Swiss-belhotel lampung dove si può trovare le cose buone e professionali.

Il resto ha una buona squadra, rendendo una sorpresa inaspettata per partecipare alla nostra festa di famiglia, abbiamo ordinato l'aperitivo e l'aperitivo sono fantastici, ben cucinati e deliziosi. Se visitamo Lampung di nuovo, sicuramente vi sceglieremo per un buon pasto

Hotel freddo nascosto con vista fredda, spaziose e pulite camere

Tried out the spa & massage facility as apparently this is the only 4 star hotel in the city that offers the spa service to non staying guests and caters to female market, not sure about Sheraton (tried to reach out but to no avail). To sum up, it was the worst massage experience I have ever experienced by far. No one was attending at the reception desk when we arrived, we had to go inside and call for the staffs while they were chit chatting at the back. The whole treatment was tormenting rather than relaxing, the spa therapist clearly had not been receiving proper training beforehand. Uniform is way too revealing, you can tell that the therapist was not feeling comfortable wearing it. She kept adjusting her clothes in between the treatment. At the end of the treatment, we were told that card payment is not accepted and we had to pay either by cash or bank transfer to their personal account🤔 We asked for the billing and they could only give us the yellow copy instead of white. Understand that it is managed by third party, but if it is a facility inside the hotel I suppose the hotel management should pay attention to it as it will eventually affect the image of the hotel.

La piscina e il menu del colazione sono grandi. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita abbastanza.

Hotel pulito, buono, strategico, solo mancanza di strutture di piscina e la palestra è nuovamente attrezzata, sicuramente aggiungere il miglior hotel se la piscina e l'attrezzatura palestra sono nuovamente attrezzati

L'hotel è molto confortevole, carino e fresco. È davvero adatto per coppie, famiglie, amici o per la luna di miele. Il posto è anche in montagna, quindi l'atmosfera è molto buona, soprattutto quando piove, il cibo è buono e tutte le strutture sono molto buone. Buono, compreso il servizio
