This hotel it's good.
Room neet n clean But this time disappoint BCz no have breakfast. Rather buffet area under renovation.

The most satisfied one. Budget hotel but really comfy. Toothbrush, comb, soap, coffee and mineral water provided. Toilet very clean unlike previous hotel that i've stayed in seremban. If you are looking for a budget hotel near I-City and Aeon Bukit Raja, this is the place you can consider. Staff counter friendly and informative.

Location is good with ample parking spaces.There are many shops selling Chinese and Malaysia food nearby.Room is clean.

Please note that Japanese room means no water closet in your bathroom.
Your 'bathroom' is only a shower area.
The toilet is on the same floor but have to share with other rooms.
The location is a bit far from main attractions which is great for sleep.
Staff was informative, accommodating and helpful.
Great price.

Good value for a short stay, no toilet just as stated so need to walk to the outside toilet. not soundproof room can hear other people from outside. Clean and had hairdryer. tatami type of room. A/C works fine, very cooling. overall will come again ＜3
