Hotel in zona Power of Faith, Baltimora

Easy stay very complimentary it’s services very friendly staff the facilities were top notch and it was definitely worth the amount it cost I definitely look forward to staying again and would suggest this location to anyone who wants to have a relaxing sera

Ho passato un weekend qui, il mio GPS mi ha portato in negozi davanti all'hotel. Ero in un parcheggio Williams e Sonoma, quindi se succede, sappi solo che dovete seguire la strada accanto al parcheggio dietro Williams e Sonoma e troverete l'hotel. Non è colpa dell'hotel, lo sto solo menzionando, se anche lei lo fa. I due signori al di fuori del dipartimento per l'ispezione erano entrambi molto carini. Ho visitato la mia stanza e l'ho trovato pulito e molto spazioso. Era molto buio, e tutto all'interno della stanza e dell'hotel sembrava vecchio. La stanza era molto calda quando sono arrivata, ma era il fine settimana più caldo dell'anno e ho immaginato che era stato più caldo perché la casa si è rivolta come se qualcuno avesse controllato. Quando mi sono reclutato, mi aveva chiesto un ristorante, ma hanno detto che si erano chiusi durante Covid e non si sono mai riaperti, mi hanno dato una foglia con un sacco di raccomandazioni locali per altri ristoranti. Ho preso uno di questi, e quando sono tornato al lobby per mangiare, ho sentito parlare di lavoratori del cavo rotto. Quindi la ragione per cui la mia stanza era calda è perché l'intero cavo dell'hotel era uscito. Questo è appena successo, lo capisco. Dirò che l'hotel aveva qualcuno lì in poche ore per ripararlo e la mia stanza era raffreddata quando ero pronto a andare a letto che era buono. Sfortunatamente, ho dovuto andarmene alle 0745 sabato mattina e il loro colazione non inizia fino alle 08:00 nei fine settimana.È più presto in un giorno di settimana. Vorrei che questa politica fosse modificata. Il prezzo era ragionevole e la posizione era abbastanza conveniente per quello che ero in città. Non sono sicuro di restare qui ancora, anche se finissi di restare a Baltimora.

I called first to ask if we could have 2 rooms next to or close to each other. She assured me that would happen. So I made a reservation on June 9th for 2 double rooms, for the night of June 24th, 15 days later. We got there between 3:30 & 4:00. We were told the rooms weren’t next to each other, only one room was ready & the rooms were on different floors. The lady who checked us in went to make sure the room on the first floor (#112) was ready. We found this very odd as check out time is 11 & check in time is 3:00. She came back out from the hallway to the rooms, with another woman, who was protesting the price of water. The clerk told her “the price of everything is going up.” She gave us a key, & we went to get our things from the car. Our group of 4 fought our way to the lobby with our belongings, because there were refugees blocking the main entrance. We put everything in the first room, avoiding the trash strewn all over the hallway & we smelled bacon throughout the hallway. Multiple problems with this room include: the light in the bathroom didn’t work, there was a bag of chicken bones spilled behind the door of the room, there was trash behind the nightstand, no room phone, no microwave, no trash can, the tv didn’t work, the toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet, & the biggest thing was the smoke detector was not on the ceiling only BARE wires hanging! Staff came to clean up & fix the bathroom light. We left for dinner & when we came back 2 hours later, the old light fixture for the bathroom was in the entryway of the room along with the cover for the light & the light STILL didn’t work! That pretty much cancelled any sense of privacy as the bathroom door had to be opened while in use in order to see anything. Obviously, they couldn’t use the shower & were naturally reluctant to do so, because of the poor condition of the hotel & room in general. Children were constantly running up & down the hallways, screaming & banging on & into the room door, until well past midnight. Later, feces were discovered on the bedsheets. Just after midnight, there was a screaming match between 2 women in the hallway of the first floor, directly outside of room 112. It went on for hours. No room phone, so couldn’t call the front desk to report it, though how they couldn’t hear it from the front desk, is a mystery to me. Of course, no one in their right mind would have gone out to the hallway & make their way to the front desk personally, not knowing how serious the hallway fight was. When we were able to get into the 2nd room (#204) it also had a disabled (wires hanging) smoke detector, & the shower, once turned on, had mold coming out of it in clumps, no microwave & no refrigerator, the only accessible working electrical outlets were on the lamps, none in the bathroom, the phone was on the bottom shelf of the nightstand also disabled, we didn’t attempt turning the tv on with the electrical issues in the room, cigarette burns on the sheets. Scegli l'hotel per la sua vicinanza a JHU. In primo luogo, il buono: il personale è stato uniformemente utile e orientato al cliente, il personale del desk front welcome e personal. La stanza era generalmente pulita e il personale di manutenzione voleva fare il buon lavoro. Il personale responsabile è venuto a riparare un termostat non funzionante (batteria necessaria) e ha notato che avevamo bloccato la casella TV e non poteva cambiare canali. Buona gente in tutto. Il ristorante era aperto, ma non poteva essere detto. Era in un angolo del lobby con qualche pendola sul bar. Non c'era caffè o tè disponibile in nessun posto dell'hotel, salvo la macchina nella stanza di uno - nessun zucchero, nessuna crema - niente. Doveva andare a One World Cafe circa mezzo isolato di distanza per ottenere il caffè. I hotel che pagano la metà del prezzo della camera hanno di solito caffè/tea, ecc. nel lobby. Definisco il valore come il rapporto tra l'intera esperienza e il prezzo pagato per lo stesso. Sulla base di questa definizione, il valore è stato inferiore al valore standard. In assenza del personale dolce e attento che abbiamo incontrato, il mio premio stellare (*) sarebbe stato ridotto. Doubletree è un nome di marca e questo sito non è aumentato al standard previsto per ricordare altri soggiorni nelle proprietà Doubletree. Purtroppo, non raccomandato.

Ottimo custode e personale amichevole. Mi hanno dato la stanza che cercavo, è un buon valore per il prezzo. Sono impressionato con sicurezza e bene illuminato proprietà. Lo consiglierei anche per l'azienda.

Camminando a distanza da tutto nel centro della città. Belle camere, grande ambiente in sala da pranzo e bar dell'hotel. Non abbiamo mangiato, quindi non posso valutare il cibo, anche se altri sembravano di averlo goduto! Vieniremo di nuovo!

Il servizio di servizio del desk front era molto utile.La stanza ha un po'di fumo.Se un lavoratore entrasse inaspettatamente nella stanza.
