Selected this Premier Inn due to location near the NEC. It was a great location and easy to travel to the NEC from here. The receptionist was very friendly and we selected to have the meal deal with the beefeater next door. The service there was friendly too and the meal deal was great value for money. The stay was like a home from home. Would stay here again.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. Checking in was super easy and the staff were welcoming. Great that there is a Sainsbury's so close to get food. Bathroom bins were not changed and there was a stain on the bedding. Room was provided with a big fan and 2 heaters which was lovely.

Headed here late at night after a bad experience elsewhere & really appreciated the friendly welcome at reception. I was offered a complementary breakfast which was a lovely touch after a not so great evening - as a young female I don’t always feel comfortable travelling for work, but my experience here has really improved my trip & it feels like a welcoming, safe place to stay. Big thank you to Ricky for the hospitality!

Very comfortable bed and clean, quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Apparently adequate parking (although I had no car). Good breakfast with excellent vegetarian options in Beefeater next door and very good service. As I had a heavy case, an elevator would have been appreciated as my room was on the first floor.

Visited with friends for the caravan show at the NEC The staff were amazing, very welcoming and friendly at check in. The rooms were very clean and had a great night stay Beefeater next door was great for a bite to eat Overall was a great stay, would definitely stay here again

This is the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. The room was freezing cold. Heating didn't work properly. Receptionist wasn't interested, wouldn't change the room, no additional plug in heaters available. Breakfast wasn't the best, very limited choice of continental. Cooked breakfast was ok, burnt bacon. The waiting staff were lovely, helpful, cheerful and attentive.

My partner and I stayed. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable, and the pillows were just the right firmness but my favourite thing about premier Inn is the showers, they're hot and very powerful. I had a very comfortable night's sleep. Thank you.

Really disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the facilities provided. Considering the high price, I wish I had stayed at another hotel. The room's bathroom was dirty and the bath rusted. Only one towel provided for a couple and the room had a musty smell

The room was cold as the panel heater did not work. Mine wasn't the only room with this problem. Not had issues with premier inn before but this stay was a bit if a let down. Staff were lovely though. ........................................
