The hotel staff and management were exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 17 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with an en-suite with a bath as well as a shower over and the rooms are dated but being renovated. The pool on the rooftop is large enough to swim properly but the stairwell accessing it is old and poorly maintained and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The quality and quantity of food was variable. I saw guests complaining, on more than one occasion that there was no breakfast foods left. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognaise which had no bolognese on it at all! Saying that, I had a delicious pizza loaded with toppings. I think I’d they can get the food service consistent, they will have nailed it. The net curtains in the room were black at the bottom and the curtains were heavily stained and the bath wasn’t cleaned ever during my stay, despite the room being cleaned. But, these are small issues which most places have. For value for money, I shopped around and my second stay was half the price of the first, simply by shopping around. It was very good value for money and a short walk from the beachfront, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.

Nice stay. The room (junior suite) is spacious, the breakfast was fantastic. They served good and varieties food and hot fresh milk. Only some cold bacon already rotten and they were apologise for it. Bathroom was quite slippery so be careful for the elderly. There is also an alley shortcut to the mall which is a convenience. The pool is amazing. Nice stay. Recommended.

Perfetto! Il personale era molto amichevole, probabilmente il migliore che abbia mai incontrato e ci hanno salutati con un bicchiere di benvenuto. La nostra stanza era pulita e le cose si sono piegate ogni giorno senza chiedere. La piscina era molto pulita e di solito non occupata. Le porte della macchina erano aperte ogni volta che usciamo e entrammo.Il cibo era delizioso e il ristorante era amichevole e ci ha assicurato di avere tutto quello che ci chiese ogni giorno. Mi sono malato l'ultimo giorno e erano così preoccupati e volevano portarmi all'ospedale o chiamarmi un dottore.

Overall experience was good. We have a pleasant stay. Directly attached to a mall, nearby full of restaurants and shops, very close to the beach. Very nice staff who greet you every time. Breakfast is decent. There are still rooms for improvement. Appreciate if the hair dryer can be permanently available in all rooms but not on request and need to request on daily basis. Sound proof is on poor side especially during peak season and there are some guests who like to make noise at 3am and hotel repair work that is done at midnight. The jam outside the hotel main road is super bad, a disaster if you need to travel outside.

Ha un divano che potrebbe essere posato come un letto extra. Amichevole personale e buona ospitalità. La palestra è comoda e ha quasi tutti gli attrezzi di base. Really nice hotel in the ITDC area of Nusa Dua, easily accessible, safe and with a long pool and an Indonesian Style buffet breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very clean, well worth the price. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they are incredibly polite and accommodating to guests . Special shout-out to Dewak who was very very helpful throughout my stay here and helped me out without fail. He knows the area well too and so gave me good recommendations for coffee places and places to get good food and drink! Will stay here again for sure!

This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

State con la mia famiglia in questo hotel. La stanza era comoda con il palazzo di stile Balinese. Il menu del colazione ha bisogno di più opzioni. La piscina dei bambini era grande e pulita, mia figlia molto felice di passare il tempo li. Dopo aver controllato che abbiamo ricevuto la formazione di YOGA, ha una buona capacità di comunicazione con l'ospite e può spiegare bene la zona in un breve periodo di marcia verso la nostra stanza.In futuro, YOGA può essere un buon bene per qualsiasi azienda.

YYang Xun, GailLocation is a little far out but that contributes to the idyllic charm of the hotel. Everything was fantastic and all the staff extremely polite and friendly. We were especially impressed that the restaurant staff assiduously recorded our dietary needs to make sure we were covered for the entire stay. Major props to the restaurant for the range of interesting vegetarian options available and the great cocktails! Room cleaning twice a day is also amazing at a time when many hotels are cutting back to once every 2-3 days. The Black Sands spa lives up to its reviews and the massage and bath were incredibly relaxing. We truly enjoyed our little slice of paradise and it was a perfect weekend getaway!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel più pensativo che abbia mai avuto! E' la mia 6a volta a Bali. Il desk Front ha aiutato a prenotare i migliori fornitori di terze parti per il nostro tour Nusa Penida al pick-up dell'aeroporto. Il complimento dell'hotel è divertente - abbiamo fatto sorgere il sole yoga, yoga aqua, anche una fotoshot. Abbiamo pagato per il bagno (il più profondamente rilassante massaggio - abbiamo provato il massaggio di pietra calda e il massaggio speciale Maya) e è stato saltare e limiti meglio di quello che si è abbassato la spiaggia al negozio che era già molto rasato online. Abbiamo anche prenotato la classe cucina indonesiana - fantastici cibi e ricette e posizione sul tetto. La stanza è anche fantastica, con servizi estremamente utili come una linea di abbigliamento in bagno e un enorme spazio accanto al tubo per il relax bagno bolle gratis. Inoltre, ci sono servizi di bagno di latte per il nostro tubo in camera. Amazing. gia' raccomandato ai nostri amici e familiari e ci ritroveremo al 100%!

UUtente ospiteStupenda ”camera” o Villa (come da loro chiamata) con magnifica piscina privata, ampio bagno (senza porte :-/) con vasca bellissima (vasca e doccia separati con in più una doccia all'esterno), ampia e bellissima stanza da notte e deliziosa parte all'esterno per rilassarsi e mangiare. La Hall è magnifica e il personale disponibile. Per raggiungere la propria camera c'è il servizio Buggy, molto comodo. La Spa è ottima, la piscina in comune è molto bella ed il ristorante sulla spiaggia altrettanto. Il bar purtroppo chiude troppo presto (resort adatto a coppie). Anche fare una passeggiata verso la spiaggia è stato fantastico. Unica pecca è la posizione a Jimbaran dove il mare e l'acqua non sono da cartolina, non quanto l'hotel. Hotel nel complesso MAGNIFICO (su internet non rende come dal vero)

AAiyouhaoshuaiL'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, le camere sono molto confortevoli, la piscina è bella e la cena al ristorante è ok. Il prezzo pro capite è di 100 yuan. Non c'è molta gente intorno all'hotel e ci sono molte passeggiate a cavallo motociclette. Passano spesso in volo, quindi non è bello uscire la sera. Sicurezza: tieni presente che l'hotel fa pagare a persona. Se porti un bambino di età superiore a 12 anni, dovrai pagare 200 a notte Se avete un letto supplementare, sarà di più. In generale, è altamente raccomandato.

LlctdlHo soggiornato nella camera executive di questo hotel nell'aprile dell'anno scorso. Ho pensato che il servizio fosse molto buono. Tutti ti salutavano quando ti incontravo. Il cameriere che guidava il bus navetta chiedeva sempre aiuto, quindi ho scelto una villa con a piscina questa volta costa più di 3.000 e ha una camera executive Il trattamento vale comunque i soldi spesi. Questa volta lodo ancora il servizio, il sorriso del cameriere è sempre così luminoso. Anche se al club sono ammessi i bambini di età inferiore ai 12 anni, è più facile ottenere un buono una tantum per la spiaggia. Il club e il personale della reception e dell'accoglienza meritano un elogio, il servizio è stato eccellente. Ma quello che è insoddisfacente è che ci sono troppi insetti nella villa, non solo nel cortile, ma anche in casa. Sono strisciati anche sul letto. C'erano dei gechi in casa, e anche un cucciolo di geco mi ha dato una possibilità per prenderne uno. L'acqua della piscina non è molto pulita e sul fondo ci sono cadaveri di insetti, il che è un po' disgustoso. La cosa ancora più odiosa sono le scimmie, che vengono a trovarci ogni giorno. Da quando abbiamo trovato scimmie che nuotavano nella piscina della villa, abbiamo semplicemente smesso di nuotare qui. Per fortuna, la grande piscina è ancora pulita. C'era una bevanda nel frigorifero, ma la scimmia riuscì ad aprire la porta del frigorifero, svitare il tappo della bottiglia e bere la bevanda.

RRimvydasVery very big hotel. If you like be in quite people not arounded people then tis hotel is for you. Beach enough clean now if compare how it were 1 or 2 years ago. Food tasty, there is 3 restaurants. I liked restaurant near main pool. Very tasty decaf coffe with out milk, and prices the same or cheapper than in reastaurants outside hotel. Rooms big and good. Maybe something in hotel and in the rooms a little bit old, but its ok. Good gym. Staff normal. Very cold in lobby toilets which are are fully automatic, like in Tokyo.

UUtente ospiteMolto deluso soggiorno! Stai nell'ottobre 2022 amava tutto. Questo soggiorno non ci è stato detto di non essere frutti di stile buffet bene almeno essere drasticamente ridotto e mettere fuori la fronte al Papas Beach Cafe. Le selezioni erano di moda e, per lo più, asiatiche, niente come quello che era in ottobre, e per questo abbiamo ripreso! Il ponte della piscina è un incidente che attende che accada molto pericoloso. La chiave della camera di mia figlia è stata ri programmata almeno 20 volte è 6 giorni molto frustrante con 3 ragazzini in arrivo per dover andare da una fine della proprietà all'altra per segnalare. Il personale è così accogliente e accogliente e 10/10 al cuoco di Papa per invitare i tre ragazzi alla cucina per preparare e servire la migliore pizza che abbia mai mangiato. La Alam KulKul è in una posizione fantastica e il personale vale la pena rimanere, ma bisogna fare un po' per renderlo grande

UUtente ospiteAmazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

UUtente ospiteWe have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.
