Servizi ottimi! Servizio eccellente! La camera è piuttosto vecchia, un po' umida e con un cattivo odore. La reception mi ha detto che avrei cambiato la camera da vista giardino a vista piscina, ma ho chiesto di tornare alla vista giardino perché la camera con vista piscina è troppo umida e sembra che gli oggetti all'interno della camera siano stati toccati prima, e anche la carta igienica è stata usata a metà!

Hotel pulito. La colazione è buona. Vicino alla spiaggia. Il personale è molto gentile.

È la mia prima scelta quando visito la zona di Nusa Dua! Un'ampia scelta di cibo di buona qualità a colazione, assolutamente da non perdere; anche il servizio in camera è stato fantastico! La camera è pulitissima, il personale è attento e cordiale! Continuate così 🤗

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, vicino al Bali Collection e al centro commerciale Sogo, dove lo shopping e i ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

The room was: • Spotlessly clean ✨ • Already cooled to the perfect temperature 🌬️ • Spacious and peaceful, with a beautiful balcony for morning coffee ☕ • And the bathroom? Stunning—with a luxurious bathtub 🛁 that’s perfect after a long day of exploring 💤 They even provided a little lavender sleep balm by the bed. So thoughtful! 👏👏👏 💡 Tip: Use the balm just before sleep. It’s a small touch that makes a big difference after a day in the sun! ⸻ 🌴 Resort Grounds & Beach Vibes The resort grounds are immaculate—lush tropical gardens 🌿🌳🌸 that are clearly well loved. Everything feels serene and picture-perfect. 🏖️ The private beach area is a slice of paradise. The views? Breathtaking. The vibe? Calm and relaxing. 🔍 Minor note: I did spot a few ants on some of the beach lounge chairs, so they could use a little extra cleaning 🐜—but that’s honestly the only tiny critique in an otherwise flawless experience. 💡 Tip: Head to the beach early in the morning for a peaceful sunrise walk—it’s magical. ⸻ 👋 Checkout – Smooth as Silk Checkout was effortless—friendly staff, no delays, and everything handled quickly. Really good stay overall. Most staff helpful. Some issues with the aircon not being cold enough. Other than that, no complaints, the pool staff were really quite nice and helpful :)
