Elitya Ubud Villa

感覺就是照騙….距離烏布市區差不多5公里，交通很不方便，也沒有吃的，房間內設施真的對不起這個價格，連瓶裝水也不給，所有東西都很簡陋 就連這個泳池…感覺也不知道多久會換水，以後還是不要衹看圖片了…其他東西都感覺不乾淨，傷心💔 不過按摩還是便宜的，雖然是腳按摩，但是給做了全身，1小時120還是比較香

The villa has the makings of a great place however the people managing the villa just have no idea how to run it. If the place was cleaned properly and maintained and they got some decent towels and sheets and some basic services it would be good. The people running it don’t speak English, their cleaning is poor , quality of sheets/towels are poor ….for example the sheets don’t fit the bed, they are ripped and have stains on them. ‘You have to ask them to make up the rooms’ never experienced that before!! And only provide one towel for a bath, pool and shower then when I asked for an extra towel tried to charge me to replace a towel even though they haven’t made to room up. I was worried about the hygiene standards and I really was thinking ‘did they change the sheets from the last room booked?’it had that vibe !! Super dodgy and I wouldn’t recommend It. I was upfront with the management about all of this but they have no experience running hotels or accommodation and just don’t get it. It would be an easy fix to bring this place to the next level but the current management aren’t the people to do it…….. no idea !!! Spend your money elsewhere as you WILL be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your money there is so many other options available/ the pics are a lie and don’t represent the place in its current condition … I had to go to the supermarket and buy bleach to put down the drains because it stank so much in the room…. Didn’t fix the issue either . AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Elitya Ubud. This villa is truly special from every point of view. First of all, the design and decor of the villa is very charming, creating a luxurious and cozy atmosphere. Each room is beautifully designed and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The scenery around the villa is also very stunning, with green nature. Not only that, the service from the villa staff is also outstanding. They were very friendly, professional, and ready to help with any of our needs. The private swimming pool is also a highlight, providing an opportunity to relax and enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings with secure privacy
