Its good to stay with family....good food...good staf...

Хороший отель, но безусловно требует ремонта. Виллы большие, красивые, но их надо приводить в порядок, везде запах плесени, нет ощущения чистоты, все очень старое. Персонал старается на все 100%. Предугадывает все твои желания и за счет этого старается сгладить все недочеты самого отеля. Много плюсов за счет сервиса, но на этом все. Спа очень посредственный, я постоянно делаю массажи и Бали всегда ими отличался, но не здесь. Дорого и не профессионально. Завтраки нормальные, но ежедневно одно и тоже по меню, выбор небольшой. А вот с ужинами надо что-то делать, невкусно совсем. Смешанные чувства по этому отелю. Персоналу я бы поставила 10 балов, отелю 3. Втрой раз точно не приеду.

このヴィラはオーシャンビューではないものの、居心地が良すぎました！この無駄な空間はなに？と思うほど贅沢な空間遣いでいてリゾート感もたっぷり。部屋のプールもいいけど、共用プールもすごく寛げます！そして人が少ないのでいつ行っても貸切状態で利用できました。日本人のスタッフもいて安心です。部屋に戻ってもプールサイドのベッドが広くとてものんびりできます。これぞ贅沢。スパもレベルが高く、それなりの金額ですがめちゃくちゃ気持ちよくて価値がありました。唯一残念だったのはお食事です。夜は他の場所で食べましょう。それ以外は最高！

Ein schon fast familiäres miteinander. Alle Angestellten sind extrem freundlich und überzeugen durch einen tadellosen Service. Immer wieder gerne, sehr zu empfehlen.

Hotel fantastico, staff gentilissimo ed efficiente. Villa con piscina bellissima, esterni ed interni senza difetti. Abbiamo usufruito dei transfer gratuiti verso il centro, puntuali sia all’andata che al rientro. Ogni inconveniente risolto in pochi minuti.

Overall the best experience I had on my first trip to Bali. Greeted by very warm and friendly service staff such as Subkhi, Gobi, Bayu, Ade and the rest of the crew. Our villa is clean, huge, great amenities and focuses a lot on recycling and reusing to be environmentally-friendly. The food is amazing and delicious! The spa is also beyond wonderful, the atmosphere and the massage itself, the best one I had so far. The candlelit dinner is done in the privacy of your own villa and I had the most beautiful time with good food and company. Will definitely come back here again and recommend it!

We stayed here on our honeymoon and booked the two-villa suite, and it was nothing short of breathtaking. The suite featured two private pools and a spacious daybed, offering an unparalleled sense of privacy and tranquility. The service was exceptional—every staff member was kind, responsive, and genuinely attentive to our needs. My wife has celiac disease, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate her dietary restrictions. They not only ensured her meals were completely gluten-free but also prepared custom dishes tailored specifically for her. One standout was the refreshing watermelon gazpacho, which was a delightful and flavorful treat. The property itself was immaculate, with spotlessly clean premises and a housekeeping team that maintained our suite to perfection every day. After spending three weeks in Bali, this was, without a doubt, the most relaxing and luxurious part of our trip. Every detail, from the serene atmosphere to the world-class hospitality, exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking a luxurious retreat in Bali.

All I can say is, I’m so happy we spent our last few days in Bali at this beautiful retreat. Firstly, the rooms are so spacious, beautiful and clean. Absolutely loved the design of the entire hotel. We had our own pool and day bed which is ideal for relaxing in private. The hotel is so beautiful with a well maintained main pool and garden which provides greenery throughout the premises. I loved the fact that the Bale Nusa Dua is environmentally conscious with various initiatives to help prevent further harm to the environment. The hotel also has an app for efficient communication and helped us with all our requests including room service, booking transport in and around Nusa Dua, booking spa treatment and any assistance we needed. Secondly, the food was so tasty and full of flavour. The staff at the restaurant were so accommodating with our requests and made our stay great. Everyone was so kind and we felt so well taken care of. Thank you to Juna and ALL the staff at the restaurant. I cannot single out just one person because all of them were wonderful. Thirdly, all the staff of the Bale Nusa Dua were amazing and made sure we were comfortable and that our stay was memorable. From the time we got to the retreat, we were greeted by the friendliest concierge staff. Subkhi was especially a treat and so bubbly. The general manager, Greg, welcomed us with such a kind and gentle nature which set the tone for our stay. The staff at the spa was just as amazing and I really enjoyed the amazing massage ( a must on your last day). The gardening staff always greeted us with a warm smile. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job keeping our room clean and provided everything we needed in our room. We never had to ask for anything because it was always provided. The staff, on request, setup our room for a romantic night to celebrate our anniversary with flowers, bubbly and a special congratulations letter from the manager. Lastly, the highlight for our stay and our trip to Bali was the Balinese cooking class with Chef Beny. He took us through the entire process, from going to buy fresh ingredients at the local market area where many of the locals go, to prepping and cooking our authentic Balinese dishes. We had so much fun and Chef Beny is so funny, patient and such a great teacher (even if you’re an amateur cook like me ). I highly recommend booking this experience!! This was one of the best meals of our entire trip! We are so happy we chose to stay at The Bale Nusa Dua and it really is a luxury and tranquil experience that’s worth the cost.

We were met at the airport after a 2 hour delay and our driver was extremely patient and accommodating. From checking in to checking out our experience was amazing. Amenities were excellent and clean and staff were engaging, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

My partner and I, accompanied by his mother arrived on Tuesday afternoon for 6 nights and from the instant we arrived we were treated like VIP’s. Nothing was too much trouble. Our double villas 19 and 20 had our own private pool with an infinity edge looking down through the whole complex. Once waking and a quick dip in our pool we headed down to the open dinning area for breakfast with an offering of both western or Asian cuisine, fresh juices and coffee over looking the crystal communal pools. With only 25 villas and no children, you had the choice to simply chill in your own private area or join the outside world. As for the staff, you could not fault them. All staff were rotated to different positions to ensure they could deal with any situation. Our sincere thanks to you all!! Special thanks to Beyu, Artha and the GM Greg. Can’t wait to come back!!!

The resort is very beautiful and wonderful, the staff's treatment was wonderful, the restaurant was wonderful, the breakfast was varied and delicious, the stay was beautiful, thanks to everyone and especially the wonderful respected manager

A stylish boutique resort. It’s very quiet and well cared for. The service is excellent and well coordinated, including concierge, cleaning, transport and spa. Every meal, at breakfast lunch and dinner, was beautifully constructed. The crew in the kitchen really know what they’re doing 🌺

The resort is so personalised and everyone is so helpful and friendly. Free transport around the local area. Use of a beach club. The rooms are beautiful with their own pools which are lush. All in all a wonderful place to stay and I can't wait to go back. Amazing!!!
