It was nice place for staying We provided retreat there)) Very calm and stylish place Staff is perfect))) so kind and attentive Sometimes it was worries about meals in restaurant.

Was ok , the space is well decorated and the pool by the sea is really nice. But it was hard to take a shower and the cocktails at the bar weren’t good at all.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was very well organized. The food at the ocean view restaurant was very delicious. Highly recommendable. Will come back again soon.

Obviously, this is the good view from the hotel territory. But where are many rooms in the hotel, so the swimming pool is seems to be little for so many people. There is no beach across the hotel. So, you have to go on foot or rent the scooter to reach the public beach. As for me, food in the restaurant is quite expensive but not tasty. On the whole, it is good.

I highly recommend this hotel. Staff IS very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area has lots of umbrellas and sunbeds, they provide you with towels too. The gym is very well manteinned and has enough machines and space to workout during your holidays Food in the restaurant is delicious. I'm glad I spend here a few days.

Secluded location, great if you prefer quiet environment; more for privacy not for entertainment & joylife. Limited amenities & food choices. Approx 1.5hrs to Kuta

One of the best experiences in Bali! I was surprised high quality service and hospitality. The area of hotel big and well-groomed, you can walk on ghe garden, rest in the laundry working hall, training in the gym or chill near the big pool. For this money it's amazing deal, 100000% recommend. Thanks to the crew hotel, always smile, helpful and positive vibe 🙏🙏🙏

Abbiamo usufruito di questo albergo solo per una notte per poi spostarci di zona al mattino, l albergo è stato comunque molto comodo sia in termini di stanza , piccole villettine a schiera comode e silenziose. Purtroppo credo che l umidita’ generale sia attribuibile al posto . Ristorante discreto Colazione meno. Hanno una bella piscina e offeono servizio massaggi , massaggiatrici balinesi un po troppo delicate nel massaggio . Mare VERY BAD .

Hotel bellissimo, accoglienza super con cocktail di benvenuto, camere pulite, colazione davvero buonissima e per tutti i gusti, sia internazionale che tipica, ovviamente com vista mare! Piscina pulita e tranquilla, affacciata quasi sul mare !

Ottima esperienza. La posizione della struttura è praticamente sul mare. Siamo stati a cena al ristorante dell’hotel ed abbiamo deciso di riservare una stanza deluxe vista mare. Suela alla reception è stato impeccabile nel rispondere alle nostre esigenze, facendoci scegliere la camera che preferivamo ed offrendoci il migliore servizio e comfort. Mi ha accompagnato a prendere i bagagli in un altra strutta che avevo prenotato nonostante l’ora tarda. La location è molto pulita sia nella parte di camere, che di piscina e ristornate. Personale molto gentile e preparato. Consiglio a tutti.

Una sola parola: stupendo. anche qua una sola notte a causa del nostro tour , ma sia l'accoglienza che la pulizia sono state al top. Non posso giudicare i servizi extra visto che non sono riuscita a provarli, ma a giudicare da tutto il resto credo che siano eccellenti. bellissima la camera (noi avevamo una deluxe room), bellissimo il ristorante e la zona piscina, non a di meno la reception e le aree comuni. Personale attento, cordiale e professionale. Il cibo del ristorante ottimo.

Appena arrivati, check-in alle 18 , ci hanno assegnato subito le nostre 4 stanze , una piena di formiche nel bagno , una con escrementi nelle lenzuola e Un altra senza acqua calda . Di quest’ultima abbiamo chiamato più volte per avere assistenza dopo 15 minuti arrivano i primi soccorsi poi altri 10 per aspettare L idraulico anche se avevamo chiesto subito il cambio stanza dal momento che venivamo già da un viaggio lungo e bisogno di una doccia ! Insomma esperienza negativa peccato perché la struttura bella ma assistenza e pulizia zero.
