Ho comprato Bvlgari per la seconda volta, ma questa volta l'anticipo non è stato così buono. Si può solo dire che sia nella media, non paragonabile agli hotel di questa fascia di prezzo. Svantaggi: 1. Dopo il check-in, ho aspettato alla reception dell'hotel per quasi 20 minuti per essere prelevato e portato nella mia camera. 2. Le lenzuola erano ovviamente sporche, quindi ho chiesto alla governante di pulirle, ma ho aspettato altri 20 minuti prima che arrivassero. 3. Non importa che la piscina sia piccola, ma ovviamente è molto sporca. Ci sono molti piccoli residui e particelle. Dopo essere stata immersa per dieci minuti, tutto il mio corpo ha sentito prurito. 4. Ero sdraiato su una sedia per riposarmi. Non so da dove venisse la macchina. I gas di scarico erano molto pesanti e rumorosi. Ho respirato i gas di scarico per 10 minuti nel piccolo cortile. 5. Quando ho fatto il check-in, mi è stato detto che tutto nel menu era gratuito per la colazione, ma quando l'ho ordinato, mi è stato detto che alcuni degli articoli che avevo ordinato sarebbero costati di più Perché dovrei esagerare se non esiste tale servizio ? E in generale non ci sono molte varietà e il gusto è nella media. Vantaggi: lo scenario è davvero bello e anche l'ambiente è bello.

La serie deve vivere

Un viaggio di compleanno perfetto. È stato il mio primo viaggio a Bali che non è andato da nessuna parte tranne l'hotel. Ho approfittato della vacanza del Nyepi Day per visitare giornata in hotel quasi senza audio, Internet o luci, davvero speciale! Grazie allo staff dell'hotel per le premurose sorprese quotidiane 🎁Lo scenario è fantastico, il cibo è delizioso e mi sento benissimo! ps Lo yoga è più comodo del massaggio😻

Best hotel I have ever stayed in, I really can't fault this hotel Amazing villa, beyond amazing staff, all our butlers especially Ode were great, amazing food, breakfast was Ala carte with high quality and variety, everywhere had unbelievable ocean views, I recommend our villa 25 if u book a premier ocean view which is worth the extra btw..all what I can say is just keep up as this is an expensive hotel and at such a price tag guests will expect everything to be perfect which it is really

Upon arriving at the Bvlgari Resort Bali, I had high expectations of a 5-star or even higher-ranking resort experience. However, I was disappointed by the quality of their supposedly world-class services. Perhaps due to the Easter holiday, one of the villas was not ready until slightly after 4 pm, for which they generously offered a complimentary lunch. However, we had preferred to simply enjoy the villa's lovely environment and relax after our long journey. The most surprising shortcoming was the lack of communication from the butler and room service staff. Our requests were not properly addressed - for instance, the ice bucket we had requested was not delivered after 30 minutes, and our pre-ordered breakfast was delayed by an entire hour. While the resort did offer us complimentary birthday cakes for my wife, which was a kind gesture, we would have appreciated a more attentive level of service. Honestly, this service level is not comparable to the same ranking of resorts, such as those in the Maldives, which truly make you feel like you are staying in paradise. Despite the issues mentioned, I must highly respect the quality of the resort's cuisine. Executive Chef Stefano and his team offered incredibly amazing food, especially the Italian dishes, which we will dearly miss. In conclusion, the Bvlgari Bali Resort is worth a try, but guests should not have excessively high expectations regarding the level of service provided.

酒店海景無敵，非常出片；但是別墅泳池很雞肋，衹能泡澡拍照，小到不能游泳。房間看上去很高檔，但裝修細節及用料一般；酒店服務員專業性一般，與房價不成比例。印尼餐和意大利餐都不錯。總體感覺不如mandapa。

這次的寶格麗入住體驗真的很棒 酒店每間都是villa房型 入住有專屬管家接待 24小時服務～也有中文 英文管家加入的專屬微信羣！ 有任何需求隨時提出都可貼心完成 入住是含早餐的 是24小時制 任何時間都可用餐 還可選擇去餐廳或在房間內 房內mini bar除酒精外的飲料零食全部免費 水和氣泡水也是無限補上 這點挺好的！ 酒店體驗項目挺多 Banjar walk 漫步 Kamasan & Handicraft 畫畫和手工 Melukat 淨化儀式 瑜伽 都是免費的 寶格麗的SPA也不能錯過 面朝大海吹着海風聽海聲 真的很棒👍 buggy車的工作人員 耐心又熱情 真的很優秀 管家也都很棒 所以大推巴釐島寶格麗 酒店不是最新 但維護和服務 細節是非常優秀的

和酒店確認，酒店確實已經開業20年了，認真看了一番，但完全看不出來，保養得非常好👍 除了貴，真的沒毛病 首先，一進酒店就遇到了一位華裔小哥，且跪式服務，全程可以用中文無障礙交流。 然後建立了微信羣，也是可以用中文溝通的，如果這段時間去的國人，習慣於中文溝通可以找“**”，瑞士的華裔二代，中文也非常好且非常專業。
