Satori Villas Bali

Large modern 4 bedroom fully air conditioned villa in beautiful green zone yet still close to Ubud centre. Wonderful staff who prepared excellent breakfasts daily and helped arrange in house massages and meals. The villa has a beautiful infinity pool overlooking rice fields, open air bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, mosquito nets, umbrellas etc. Walking trails and good warungs close by. 400m path to villa not accessible by car but scooter shuttle provided. May be difficult for some but we enjoyed the walk. Great for families or groups.

Amazing hike with the best staff. Wish we planned more down time to enjoy the Villa. Next time we will come just to enjoy the serenity this villas has to offer. There were 2 Families ., 7 of us in all and we have more than enough space. Massages by the pool on our last day was priceless

Such a peaceful and tranquil place to stay but also so close to town. They were large rooms and cooked in house breakfast everyday. Offering a scooter to town centre anytime you ask. Views of the rice field were gorgeous and from every room. Pool was big.

Really awesome villa with incredible views over the pool. The rooms were huge and the staff were lovely! About a 10 minute ride from the main *****, but it’s nice an peaceful if you’re not looking for the party atmosphere. Lots of cool local restaurants nearby which gives you the proper Bali experience.

Amazing location with wonderful staff, we felt like royalty! The villas are stunning (we stayed in 2 of them, Banana and Solera) and the gardens are a tropical paradise. If you are averse to stairs I would recommend Banana over Solera as it has quite a lot of steep steps inside the villa, it's a kind of split level property. At night you can watch fireflies in the rice fields, magical. There are 2 routes you can use to walk to town in around 10-15 mins, or have the lovely staff drop you and pick you up (by moped) from 2 locations until 9pm. Note there are no cars allowed between the town and the villas, but you will be helped with your luggage. It's worth it as you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud! There are lots of warungs in short walking distance of the villas, our favourites were Aldis and Sweet Orange (try the sweetcorn fritters!).

Wonderful villa with amazing staff. The location is stunning. A 10 minute walk out of the frenetic centre of Ubud (or quick motorbike ride) surrounded by stunning rice paddies and so tranquil. I loved getting up early to the dawn chorus and watching the sunrise from the large main balcony . There is a ‘cinema room’ downstairs that my kids loved as well as an office that my daughter used for a university project. The two double rooms are spacious with big en-suites. This twin kids room is a little smaller but still has a big bathroom. There is a lovely small pool in the well kept garden. I would not hesitate to recommend it and we will definitely be back again!
