Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur – Bali

Un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e un bell'hotel. La piscina era molto invitante. La colazione era una buona selezione sufficiente per tutti noi, una dieta a base vegetale, un amante della carne e un altro che ama la frutta. Le camere sono di buone dimensioni e ci siamo divertiti giocando a biliardo nell'area bar/lounge.

It's a huge hotel with history but well-maintained. Room is spacious, very clean and pretty comfy with all the amenities you need, lots of international TV channels. There's a bit of smell from the shower water. Rain shower head pressure is better than the handheld shower head. Since it's a big hotel and the only elevator is at the beginning of the super long corridor, if your room is a bigger number (they have more than 40 rooms each floor), for example room 335, that means you have to walk down the long corridor passing 34 rooms!! Feels like walking down a street :D Swimming pool is a nice long one though water is a little "misty", not sure if it's because of the rain. Staffs are very polite and friendly, everything was smooth and quick from check-in to check-out. Good security at the hotel as well. I heard from local friends the Bali government quite often use this hotel for events. My booking didn't include breakfast so can't comment on it. Spa receptionist not very attentive. Gym is big! It's not located in the busiest part of Sanur but you can still find a few eateries nearby. Getting GoJek motorbike ride to Jl. Danau Tamblingan for shopping or food only cost IDR13,000 (one way) and take less than 10 mins. So location is still convenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Prime Plaza and can recommend it if you don't have a big budget but still wanna stay at a nice decent hotel.

Room is clean and spacious though lift is only in one side, that means you need to walk through a while if room is in another side. Took dinner in Sanur Harum (can’t remember how to spell) that is great Indonesian local food including a fried fish with rich spices, appetizer name “Jakarka xxx’ made of sweet potato, glass noodle and etc. quite impressive

Second year staying here and it has improved from last year. The hotel is clean, staff are very friendly and my favourite part is the spa. Great quality but good prices compared to other spas of similar rank. Definitely recommend this hotel for travels.

The upkeep of the hotel was disappointing . It felt like the maintenance of the establishment had been neglected. The socket behind the fridge was falling out of the wall. I was too afraid to plug in the fridge at the risk of getting electrocuted. The cupboard in the bathroom was barely hanging on. A lot of things in the room just looked plain old. I have to admit that the bed was super comfy. I enjoyed my time at the pool. And the bar makes mean cocktails that are affordable. And selling ice on the premises is a grand idea. The food is decent. So you won’t starve. And the area is quite convenient, I loved Sanur beach.

Great location within a few minutes' walk to access Sanur Beach and various eateries and shops. Excellent value for money with clean rooms and fabulous pool.
