The room offered wasn't what it looks like on the website and either what I booked. I booked a double bed with nice windows and decorations, but instead, I was offered a rundown room very depressed. I tried to cancelled but they refused to give the money back. I left the place anyway, and I got a different place nearby nicer and cheaper. The location wasn't good either. You feel a bit isolated.

The room has no basic toiletries, ie no toilet paper, no soap etc. There's no hot water for shower. The bed has a moldy smell, the bedsheet is also not clean. One has to do their housekeeping.
