I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Sassoon in Candidasa, Bali, and I can’t rave about it enough! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The villa was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and supremely comfortable. The staff were nothing short of amazing—always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist with any need. The outdoor shower was a highlight and truly a unique experience that added to the charm of the stay. I felt completely safe and relaxed during my time here, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The pricing was extremely reasonable for the level of luxury and comfort offered. The owners were also incredibly warm and welcoming, with a clear customer-first attitude that made me feel right at home. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of charming shops, delightful local eateries, and a wonderful restaurant called Vincent, as well as a nearby beach. It’s the ideal spot to experience both the vibrancy and tranquility of Bali. I’m already planning my return trip and will undoubtedly stay at Villa Sassoon again. Villa Sasoon is a hidden gem at an ideal location in Candidasa, East Coast of Bali, away from all the traffic and crowds of Denpasar and south Bali and a gateway to the authentic Bali. Only 100 meters from the ocean and you can hear the waves crashing against the shore everywhere on the property. The villa is designed for outdoor living with a very large central building that contains the living room, dining room and full kitchen. The main building has foldaway glass doors and is surrounded with a large wrap around terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table. The villa and garden are walled in on all sides to to provide complete privacy. There is a large plunge pool in the yard. The villa has two en-suite bungalows. There is a large soaking tub in the bathroom, as well as a beautiful outdoor shower. The gardens are lush with bamboo, plumeria, cocounut and banana trees. There is easy access to the ocean, beaches and many iconic sites on the East side of the Island. For example Taman Ujung, and Tirta Gangga are 45 minutes away. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and warungs nearby for food and entertainment. The Villa is not only ideal for couples but also families and groups. The property actually has three individual Villas to rent, and can accommodate up to 12 to 16 people all together. Each Villa is walled and maintains its complete privacy in the individuality. This is the second time we stayed at the property. The Villas' decorations have been refreshed And looked very charming. All the linens and sheets are brand new and comfortable and feel very luxurious. It's so much more than an Airbnb, having services like breakfast, transportation And daily cleaning. Although only a Villa, the property provides resort like services next to none. The staff is courteous and amazing. We felt loved and protected 24/7. We committed lifelong customers of Villa Sasoon.

This is such a wonderful place. Off the main *****, quiet, attentive staff and a BIG place. They will even come in a cook you breakfast! Your own pool and nobody else around. There’s a coffee shop across the road and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. For me, it is well priced. Sure, you can find cheaper. But for what you got, it is cheap. Your own house, basically.

Beautiful villas with friendly and helpful staff, we stayed over Christmas and had a fabulous time. Quiet and peaceful with restaurants nearby, staff helped organise day trips for us when we wanted to venture out. Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sasoon at the beginning of August. The staff are simply delightful - they can't do enough for you (without being imposing), and are just super friendly and lovely. They are always smiling! The Villa itself is just like the pictures - spacious, clean, and open. The outdoor area is spectacular - the sun loungers are very comfortable, it's nice to have the outdoor table to eat at, and the pool is the perfect temperature. The in-house breakfast was delicious each day - we especially enjoyed the banana pancakes. The villa compound is private and secluded. The location of Villa Sasoon is very convenient. It's close to the main road of Candidasa, but you don't hear the noise. It's also close to some other villas with great restaurants on the same smaller street. Overall we loved our time at Villa Sasoon, and would highly recommend this Villa to anyone travelling to Candidasa. We hope to return one day. Thank you to all of the staff there for making us feel so welcome.

De villa is net zo mooi of misschien wel mooier als op de foto’s te zien is. Het woongedeelte en de slaapkamers zijn ruim en sfeervol ingericht. De harmonicadeuren van het woongedeelte staan de hele dag en avond open, waardoor het nog ruimer lijkt en je een heerlijk tropisch buitengevoel hebt. De slaapkamers hebben airconditioning waardoor je in een prettige temperatuur kan slapen in de ruime bedden met klamboe. Vanuit de heerlijke buitendouche bij de slaapkamers kijk je naar de blauwe lucht met bananen en palmbomen. Het zwembad (5x3 mtr.) wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt en is heerlijk om met z’n allen af te koelen en gezellig te dobberen. Het personeel bij de villa is super! Ze maken dagelijks in je villa het door jou uitgekozen ontbijt voor je klaar op het door jou aangegeven tijdstip. De kamers worden in de ochtend en avond opgeruimd. De mensen van de receptie staan de hele dag en avond voor je klaar om vragen te beantwoorden en je te helpen met het vinden en organiseren van bezienswaardigheden en activiteiten. Tegenover de villa zit een warung waar je eten kan bestellen om in je villa te laten bezorgen. Bij de villa is een parkeerplaats waar je een huurauto kan parkeren. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en komen zeker terug.
