Останавливались на три дня, уборка хорошая, номер большой все удобства, отель тебе даст в аренду байк, вызовиит такси, бассейн большой. Минусов не нашли.

The Wangsa Hotel in Nusa Dua is in bad need of total maintenance. Rooms are of poor quality, every wall is dirty and chipped, furniture chipped, bathroom is mouldy, and dirty, toilet did not flush and blocked, Drains block and smell, Bull ant nest in our 1st room. 2nd room, bed sheets had blood on them and urine stains. Pool is like 30 degrees Celsius and is so hot it makes a person feel sick if in there for more than 10 minutes, deck chairs are all busted, no mattresses or beach towels available as per their website pictures. Sun shade umbrellas won’t open and fall apart if you try to open them and there was only three left. Pool decking is all buckled and pieces are broken off around the side of the pool and are very sharp. Food quality is horrible, pancakes are like manholes covers they are so tough. Everytime we attempted to order, they got it wrong, and most times they couldn’t supply what your ordered or the kitchen was closed. Only half a toilet roll given each day and two bath towels, absolutely a rip off. And we had to pay Christmas prices.

Exceptional value! The room was huge, better described as a suite, with several separate areas. Ideal if you want somewhere a little quieter than the larger resorts nearby. No onsite restaurant, but if you’re like me and enjoy a buffet breakfast there are a number of resorts within a couple of minutes walk that are happy to welcome visitors.

I stayed at the Wangsa for about 2 weeks during my last trip to Bali. I had one of the condos. The room was quite nice looking and very spacey. I was excited that I had gotten such a good price on Agoda. Problem #1. They turned the water off on 4-5 separate days , only notify me once because they were fixing a leak somewhere ( although another person told me it was because they are putting in the new pool), #2 WiFI - off and on all the the time. Night shift has no idea how to reset it. #3- breakfast in the room, either came early or late or wrong #4 - They knock on your door ALL the time...seriously!! Like 3-4 times a day they are at the door wanting to do something. The most serious though is #5- The day that I went to check out my $450 Go Pro with all the goodies was missing. I called and spoke with the management on site who told me none of their staff would ever take anything and that I should question my long time boy friend ( who is a local man) about it. Later that day, we were sorting though my bags and another camera ( that I thought was in the case) was missing as well. That camera was meant to stay in Bali with my boy friend. The lack of responsibility and caring from the hotel was amazing. Basically blew me off. I would have called the police but it happened about 2 hours before my flight and as I am not back in Bali for 2 months I chose to spend the time with my BF. They also agreed to comp me for the shut off water and literally comp'ed me one club sandwich for 4-5 days of no water for the majority of the day. FAIL Wangsa!!!!! You have been by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in and I stay more in hotels these days then my own home. I rather find a Motel 6 in Down town Los Angeles. Shame on you for having staff that steals and shame of you for blaming a innocent person for your bad deeds. Shame shame shame!!!

This place has a great pool Unfortunately there are no decent restaurants except in major hotels the rooms were needing repairs. Aircon kept stopping had to be moved and then the same problem. Shower was disgraceful water poured around bathroom and was not hot. Stayed one night instead of three. No kettle even though there was a kitchenette. I did however after time receive money back for other nights. Personally this area is not good for tourists except in larger establishments.
