The room is clean, and the staff are helpful.

The hotel it’s not look the same from the booking but the room its still ok A little bit old

Their service was superb, close to the airport and rooms were quite spacious.

房間設施陳舊、酒店龐大但是基本沒有人入住，具我分析幾十件房間就2户人住進去，可能給設施老舊有關係、人員也不熟練、找不到訂單、但服務態度還是可以的

這是臨時住機場附近選擇的酒店，價格實在，住一樓有點黴味。

Overall sangat bagus

stayed here as a 8 hour transfer day. i initially thought it was closed. not a car. not a sole, excluding 1x reception close to airport, but no longer a tourist area, prob a 2km walk to get to kuta shopping *****. all those photos are 10 years old. and wouldn’t consider hoping into the pool. paint peeling. no hot water. no toilet paper. stained towels. etc etc. i’m no princes petal, and enjoy backpacking through Nepal. but would much rather stay in a good tea house. then return to the radiant spa.

The room was ok but the bathroom was terrible. We had included breakfast but we got 1 omlet & 1 bread & 1 drink with no repeat or will be charged extra.

Very nice staff and have been staying here since very long here need to improve there bathrooms and be more quiet at night

Great resort to stay near to denpasar airport. Good and prompt service from the staff. Pool is accessible 24 hrs. Kuta beach is 2 to 3 kms away from the resort.
