I prezzi sono ok, le strutture sono ok e le vacanze economiche😅

Il personale è gentile e disponibile ma mi spiace che la camera fosse sporca, il tappetino era sporco ho dovuto chiedere di cambiarlo, c'erano capelli sul materasso sotto la coperta e residui di barba nel lavandino. Polvere sul mandrino e lucertola sulla ceramica. Le pareti del bagno non sono state pulite, vedo segni d'acqua sui muri. Alcune luci non funzionano. Sono presenti segni di bruciatura sul telecomando AC. Scusa se la mia recensione è negativa ma devi davvero prestare attenzione alla tua pensione. Va bene se l'edificio è vecchio ma non puoi accettarlo se è sporco. Così disgustoso. Mi dispiace ma per favore prendi il positivo.

Cattivo odore nella stanza così forte che siamo partiti prima della seconda notte anche se avevamo programmato 4 notti! Lenzuola sporche, bagno sporco, niente è pulito. Inoltre avevamo la camera 6 che si affaccia sul retro dell'hotel dove ci sono dei lavori in corso! Orribile, niente è positivo, vai avanti!

We book this villa at only RM250/night (or around 960k rupiah) per night. This is definitely a steal. Not much review online, or even from Google, so we are actually trying our luck. And boy, the villa exceeds expectation! The room is so clean, complete amenities at the pantry (you can even do light cooking), the private pool is well kept with the garden well maintained. Just wish they provide also iron in the room as it won't cost that much for better customer experience. The staff is friendly and let us for early check in. My husband requested for bath tub decor and they did it right away. We love the tub decor! The place is so serene and quiet; perfect for a getaway. But no walkable beach/eateries/mart around, so best to rent a bike or take a grab. Minor hiccups when we asked for room clean up, and when we come back at night, the room is still a mess, called up the reception, and they did come and clean our room right away without much questioning. Appreciate it! Service from staff was top notch. Did mention also in their feedback form, there are minor water stain at the wall which actually need a look from the management, hopefully they get it fix. We stay at Villa 2. Overall, it was a great stay at Dikubu Villa. Highly recommended!

The staff were really nice and kind. But the sheets doesn’t seem liked changed. It stinks and I can’t really sleep well.

This is close to everything in very central location. You can literally go out and buy fresh veggies and everything. Breakfast is very simple rice and egg. There is motorcycle parking in as well. It was a good day for the price paid.

one of the best stay. the villa is still so new so it’s a jackpot for us. though at first we didn’t put and high expectations due to the total we pay. but turns out it was amazing 5nights stay. my daughter is super happy and would love to repeat again. from service, cleanliness to everything is top notch. repeat soon!

Very nice place actually and really welcoming staff, beautiful surroundings, cosy inner garden and a swimming pool. But the hotel surely needs renovation, needs asap🙏
