Il mio soggiorno al Chaggu Dream Village and Suites Hotel è stata un'esperienza mista. Di positivo, la pulizia dell'hotel e il servizio di lavaggio a secco sono stati punti di forza notevoli, rendendo il mio soggiorno confortevole e conveniente. Tuttavia, gli orari limitati della piscina e la colazione mediocre sono stati inconvenienti che mi hanno impedito di godermi appieno il mio soggiorno. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza nella media e, con qualche miglioramento, l'hotel potrebbe davvero essere all'altezza del suo potenziale.

La posizione è ok, non è così lontano da qualsiasi posto tu voglia andare a Canggu, ma l'hotel non è proprio come appare nella foto, tutto era molto vecchio e un po' rotto, non c'era acqua nel bagno per un'intera notte e nella sala da pranzo c'erano sempre un sacco di mosche, quindi non sono riuscito a mangiare in pace. Il personale è molto gentile e dolce e ti offre un buon servizio. ma la bottiglia d'acqua che hanno messo nella stanza me l'hanno fatta pagare :/ Non ho mai visto nessun altro hotel che ti facesse pagare l'acqua, pensavo fosse inclusa nel prezzo dell'hotel che pago.

Bell'hotel con una fantastica piscina sul tetto. Un po' lontano dalla zona principale e bisogna prendere taxi ovunque. Inoltre non puoi tenere l'aria condizionata accesa in camera quando esci perché devi lasciare una chiave dentro perché funzioni.

Quindi, è un hotel che non mi piace neanche. Posizione non buona, lo staff ha chiesto di pagare una cauzione di 500.000, ma non mi ha spiegato cosa avrei dovuto pagare. Non posso noleggiare uno scooter, vicino all'hotel non ho trovato nessun posto con noleggio scooter. Quando ho chiesto aiuto allo staff dell'hotel, mi hanno trovato uno scooter terribile, i freni non funzionavano, non tenevano il telefono in mano e il prezzo era troppo alto. Una cosa era bella: la vista dal tetto, in particolare il tramonto. Un'altra cosa che non mi piace.

Comfortable stay with a gorgeous pool rooftop that has a panoramic view. Wonderful and friendly staff that are always kind, smiling.

check in and everything was smooth. however the toilet was in bad condition as the shower tap was rusty and toilet bowl was dirty when check in. location was great as it was near the gym i wanted to go.

This hotel is dirty !!!I got disgusted just by getting into the room,to start with the beddings were stained and the room smelled like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months..if you value hygiene,DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

The dream village was a good little hotel to stay in breakfast was adequate, location was far enough away for quiet nights rest but close enough to action to get a short bike or walk to. I liked that there were several good gyms around the area. But what really made my experience was the staff so friendly polite and helpful I would really like to give a shout out to Jovan, he made me feel like a friend more than a guest and helped me get around he even spent some time on his day off with me. He really went the extra mile to make my time there enjoyable.

All perfect! The rooftop bar has a fantastic view and services. THE ROOM is amazing size. 👏👊

I stayed 31 in a superior room. I enjoyed it BUT no hot water for many days (I didn’t mind as I also like cold shower) and way too noisy around the parking area. My room was just above the parking area. People speak, laugh, yell at anytime in the evening and night. I had probably 5-7 days of bad sleep… Now I moved in a suit for a week on the other side of the hotel. To be continued ..

Really noisy and the walls are too thin. My room is located right outside the cafeteria and I absolutely can’t believe they would have such stupid design on the layout

perfect hotel in Canggu - very helpful and polite staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Will definitely be back!

Nice spacious room with shower & jacuzzi. Nice resturant serving hot food. Great Rooftop pool & bar.
