We stayed at Villa Kaja for 4 night, a family of 6 Adults. What a beautiful older style villa, plenty of space for everyone. Lovely pool to cool off in and surrounded by beautiful maintained gardens. Master bedroom was really big, comfortable bed with really big pillows. All other bedrooms had private bathrooms and showers. Small bedroom upstairs but we didn’t use that room. We had a choice of which rooms we wanted to use. Walking distance to Bintang Supermarket, lots of shops and really nice restaurants. No traffic noise from the main road which is great. The staff are amazing, very welcoming and friendly. Cooked us breakfast every day with different options. There is a rooster next door that does start cockadoodling at 6am. Would definitely recommend Villa Kaja Thank you for having us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay ., we were a group of six., ample room for all Very close to amenities including Bintang Supermarket and many restaurants and an amazing little warang next door with delicious Gado Gado costing not more than a few dollars per plate and they delivered! Also beach was a 20 minute walk or 30 depending on how fast you walk Loved our breakfast choose from Indonesian breakfast,healthy breakfast or continental breakfast our cook was Winda such a joy Ibu and Putu were very attentive and pleasant to be around to tend to any of our needs Special mention to Argy Resort Manager

We stayed at the villa for 16 days . The location was absolutely perfect (next door to Bintang supermarket). Ibu and Putu were such beautiful people who did everything to make our stay comfortable. The villa could do with a bit of freshening up but made no difference to us. We would stay again.

The service and the staff were amazing. They provided such good care for us. The facilities were very clean, comfortable and nice. Great for a large group. The pets were a highlight for the group. 10/10 over all!!!

7 of us (4 adults / 3 kids) stayed for a week. Perfect location next to Bintang Supermarket. Breakfast provided every morning with a selection of western or traditional food. Full time property caretaker on site. Absolutely perfect for a family or two families to share this private villa.

The Villa is located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Whilst the Villa is looking a little dated, it is well maintained and kept extremely clean. The staff are very attentive but also respect guests privacy. Ibu and Putu are the most beautiful hosts, Ibu made the most amazing breakfast and Putu ensured the Villa was keep secure. The Villa pets, a dog “Boy” Iguana “Gemuk” and Tortoise “Pede” were well loved after and loved, only brought out if guests are comfortable. We have been holidaying in Bali for over 30 years and stayed many Villas and resort, this would definitely be one of the top ones, the grounds and pool areas are amazing. If you want the genuine Balinese feel this is your place. Try the Warung next door the most amazing local food.

We had a very good experience at the villa. Very good for families. Neat and clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Very close to tourist spots and the super market. Kids had a really good time at the villa.

You can do better than Kaja dont waste your money. It was listed as Balis no 1 villa it certainly is not that. Cockroaches and silver fish with cob webs in oven where they make your breakfast, disgusting along with black mould under the sink that was just covered up with wood when wee notified them. every room does not have a tv and the only Tv has No international channels whatsoever. no coffee machine.2 of the bedrooms are large. Villa needs a makeover its from yesteryear and shows her age...It's up for sale so no one really cares. Staff stay on premises and constantly invade your privacy as if you have invaded there home. animals are sadly mistreated so we assisted with food and care. what this villa advertises it does not supply. Beware of villa Kaja dont waste your money

The Villa was exceptionally clean with amazing facilities and pool. Ebu and Putu were so helpful and friendly and Ketut did delicious breakfast every day. We will definitely be back. The villa is in an excellent position.
