Un'esperienza davvero incredibile soggiornare qui. Il personale è così cordiale e gentile, e la colazione è una delle migliori che abbia mai fatto. Anche la posizione è fantastica, non lontano dall'aeroporto ma anche abbastanza vicino a molte cose interessanti. C'è un piccolo centro commerciale accanto con anche alcuni bei ristoranti. Tornerò sicuramente!

Il check-in è stato una seccatura e ha richiesto molto tempo. Eravamo esausti per il volo e siamo arrivati ​​in hotel alle 21:00. La reception ha impiegato molto tempo per trovare le nostre camere. Ho soggiornato per 2 notti, ma mi è stato detto che gli asciugamani da bagno venivano ritirati il ​​primo giorno e che ci sarebbe stato un costo aggiuntivo per il secondo giorno. L'elettricità è di nuovo interrotta e tremola... Quando fai la doccia, la zona dove lavarsi le mani si bagna. Gli addetti alla reception erano gentili e simpatici.

Non molto percorribile a piedi. La pulizia deve migliorare. È stato migliorato e le finiture della stanza lasciano molto a desiderare. Mobili scheggiati e macchiati, dettagli generali in cattivo stato. Abbastanza discutibile come Marriott elite.

Dato che il volo è arrivato a tarda notte, ho effettuato la prenotazione per arrivare e dormire solo per una notte. C'è una terrazza e una piscina, ma non c'è niente nelle vicinanze ed è rumoroso e puzzolente. Anche la pulizia non è buona. Penso che sia semplicemente un buon posto per ammazzare un po' di tempo prima di arrivare o lasciare l'aeroporto.

This property is dated, but the service is excellent. They really go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. The breakfast is delicious with a large selection. The regular menu was very good, too. The gym is sufficient and the pool is okay as well. Bring flip flops or shoes for the shower.

We choose to extend our booking for another day as it is really too comfortable here. Other than sound proofing needs improvement because the nearby neighbors are really noisy! But otherwise so far so good with cleanliness being met daily. Thanks for the great service!

I stay here at least once every time I come to Bali! They always remember you when you come back. The hotel feels like home. Excellent breakfast with enough variety that everyone can find something to suit their tastes. Great central location for traveling to different areas around Bali as well. Two thumbs up!

I would like to commend Anom and Novi for being good on their job. Anom helps me a lot for me to be familiar in the place and Novi introduced different Indonesian Foods. They are so friendly and have excellent customer service!
