Hai Tide resort is a perfect paradise Island escape for a weekend. Top notch service from start to finish. Their private sailing boat takes you across the water from Bali to Lembongan where your beach hut awaits. Just a few steps from your room you can swim in the ocean. All the staff are super friendly and a special mention to Agus who went out of his way when I lost my bag exploring on my scooter. My bag was actually found by a local person and another member of staff collected it for me the next day. That itself is a rarity anywhere in the world - a safe island where everyone knows everyone. You can't beat the beach front location as either a base or to not leave from and spend the whole time relaxing, swimming, snorkeling. The restaurant shares the epic ocean views and is a great place to eat, drink and hang out. If you literally want to wake up to the sounds of the waves on a beautiful island and put the sand between your toes and let the exceptionally hospitable staff take care of the rest then this is the place to go

This place is a 4 and 5 star in different ways. The location is 5 star: you are right on the sands of Mushroom Bay, listening to lapping waves. You are staying in a traditional lumbung, which is kept very clean and sheets changed every day. The staff are wonderful and relaxed. The space, though, is very small. The pools and grounds are nice and well kept. It's a 5 star experience in a 4 star hotel. We loved it and would stay again. Just beware that we did get some sea lice bites.

The service was absolutely impeccable. The staff at hai tide bar were amazing and so friendly. The food here was also amazing and really well priced. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in and had our bags carried to our room. All the staff remembered our names and made us feel so welcomed. The daily water activities were amazing , with the slide , snorkelling and banana boat as well as kayaking and paddle boarding. The rooms were also comfy and clean. The views of the water and the beach being at your feet was breathtaking. Definitely coming back here again and would recommend Hai Tide Beach Resort to anyone looking to stay at Nusa Lembongan.

this place is perfectly positioned for relaxation and fun. The beach is Crystal clear and very refreshing to Swim in. If you walk along the small beach, they are some other little restaurants and places you can have a drink. The rooms have air conditioning and we had one of the back chalets and we could still hear the sea. You can rent motorbikes for around 6US dollars a day. We went to the mainland and this island and resort was by far our favourite. The price also includes a really good breakfast which you can choose from and there were plenty of tables available without having to fight for space.

Outstanding Resort. We stayed in one of the Beachfront bungalows which was amazing, the ocean view in the morning as a dream, attention to detail in the bungalow was superb. The food was amazing and the staff couldn’t be more friendly. Will be returning for my 60th Birthday.

We stayed for 3 nights in a Garden Lumbung overlooking the pool which was perfect for us and our 5 year old. Could not fault anything. From the transport to the island to the amazing staff and of course the traditional lumbung with super cozy bed. The balcony is the perfect place to relax and take in the atmosphere. Breakfast was great and we dined at both the Hai Bar and Grill and Hai Ri Zen. Both were excellent and well priced. The staff are a credit, nothing was too much trouble. The location is amazing, right on the beach, the water is perfect. The resort had such an impact on our 5 year old that his daily saying is now "I wish we were still on the island". Thanks for having us. We will be back....

This is heaven, seriously, if you are looking for that somewhere place, that gives you peace and tranquillity, then this you place.set in a beautiful bay on the island of Lembongan in Bali. The staff are amazing, always friendly, always smiling, and always ready to help. The hut we stayed in was right on the beach, fully air conditioned and clean. There is day bed under your hut, so you can lounge around and watch the world go by. The dinning room is a must, the food was excellent in every way possible. There are also activities to do if you are looking for something to do. We took a day cruse on there cat, went snorkeling, had lunch served and then sailed around the island for the rest of the day. Will we be going back to Bail Hai? Most definitely we are already planning our next stay there, only this time it will be longer. Thank you to Mr Dick and all the staff at Hai Tide Beach Resort, as they say “Beautiful one day, Perfect the next”.
