Overall okay for short stays. Basic amenities, has swimming pool and kids play pool.the rooms are of good size. Location is quite good. The beach is more for surfing next to convenient store. Easy to get Gojek, grab cab.

Great location, professional and friendly staff. Property is a little dated and could use a fresh layer of paint.

Have lost count on the number of times our family has stayed. We love the modern decor cleanliness and super location  Construction critasisam  New matresses are needed & a GYM Thanks winsu & yudi

Advertised as a 5 stars it's more like a 3.5 stars. Rooms were old and in poor condition. The first one booked was not up to standard with a leaking aircon and numerous dodgy repairs. (photos are attached). After waiting for nearly 2 hours since check in I was finally given another room which was better looking, however probably only 25 sq meters, definitely not the 35 sq meters advertised. Showers have limited hot water. Can barely take two hot  showers in a row. The resort looks tired, you can only paint the walls that many times to hide the cracks so it's really time to rip things out and get new furnitures or at least be honest in advertising a 3.5 stars instead of a ridiculous 5 stars. They've got a nice long pool but 3 days of constant rain did not really help using it. Staff did their best to assist with the issue at check in but look a bit bored in their routine otherwise. For example people walking in the reception are not acknowledged as staff rarely not raise their head or smile but instead keep their nose in their computer screens.

The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa, which added to the relaxation. We stayed on the ground floor, offering easy access to the pool—a convenient feature for families. The kids' pool area was a highlight with its slide, but we did notice the pool floor tended to be slippery. I even witnessed a few adults almost slipping while walking with their children, so extra caution is needed in this area. One fantastic feature was the indoor playground, Waka Waka, located right next to the restaurant. It offers full-day access, including meals and socks, which was a huge bonus for us. Since it rained during our stay, we were able to return to our room to rest and then continue the day indoors at the play area—a lifesaver for keeping the kids entertained. The location was another major plus point. It’s close to the beach, spas, and mini marts, making it easy to explore and access essentials. While the hotel shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s nothing significant and doesn’t take away from the overall experience. This is a good hotel for families with children, thanks to the convenient amenities and family-friendly features.

We booked a 2-bedroom suite and were assigned one on level 4, which had an internal staircase. While the room looked recently renovated, climbing two flights of stairs—especially after a night of partying and drinks—wasn’t ideal. The bed was also too soft and sank in, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Loved the amenities at the hotel. Children loved the pool. You can borrow their pool noodles for the swim and even toddler lifevest. They also have sand play items that you can borrow out to the beach to play. Breakfast is very basic though. Staff are very friendly. You can also play at their indoor playground for IDR100k for the whole day entry. 10% discount for hotel guest. Will need to pay IDR2k when drop off though as the road is governed by people collecting the road tax.

Our first day in Bali. Many shops around. Double6 beach just acrross the beach road. Modern design hotel, and room. Clean and cosy. Breakfast is good.

Good hotel with the best villas. But services is a little bit strange. Price at Trip.con was cheaper 2 times then on site in the hotel.

The product is a wonderful family product and the price is excellent. It has many options for family accommodation, rooms, apartments and roof villas. The staff are friendly, the service is fast and the cleanliness is excellent.

Overall good location. Food at bfast was nice. Pool was a plus. Spacious room although a bit outdated. Lighting was on the dimmer side. Booked a 2 bedroom suite. Expecting 2 separate toilet for both rooms but was given a shared toilet with no lock option. So a bit hard if you booked this room type for more people as you have to time your toilet use properly esp of you have a full itenerary.

For location, unless you’re there to do surfing which is very convenient coz the beach is just across the road. If not, it it consider inconvenient if you plan to move around Bali for food and shopping etc. Their room is like a resort type with full sliding glass doors as main entrance and always need to close the curtain else anyone can see through your room. Toilet bowl doesn’t really function well. Staffs service is so so only. Due to my flight delayed, I requested for late check out by 1 hour but was being rejected. Overall is not recommended.

Our family trip was a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. We explored beautiful sights, enjoyed delicious local food, and spent quality time together. The kids loved every moment, especially the fun outdoor activities. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that brought us closer and created memories we’ll cherish forever.
