Hotel is clean, staff very attentive .Short distance walk to the beach and garlic lane. Buffet spread is sufficient. Very convenient location too!

The family room is awesome! My kids love the bunk bed and the pool. Room is clean. Location is nearby to nice eateries and shops. The lights in the room is dim.

Good location , within distance to the beach , comfortable enough if looking for cheaper hotel. Just the breakfast menu is not my taste and same breakfast menu almost every day. Overall, I like to stay and might come back again

The service is pretty polite but was unable to release the room until 5pm that day. When we entered the room, it was extremely humid which is very uncomfortable during the whole stay. There is limited amenities, just a shampoo & shower. The worst experience is that the bedsheet has stains for consecutive nights.

So this hotel except the location everything else is bad, I have to say the rooms are small and it's not well maintained. The staffs are not even trained to accommodate foreigners. And the swimming pool is just a useless one. There are better ones in Bali in fact. There are better ones for this price, this price is totally an injustice. It is totally a waste of money.

Great location, good room size and breakfast, easy to transport.

Great resort, pool is lovely, staff are great Our room was very clean and remade daily. The employees all went out of their way to see we needed nothing. Convenient day tours, spa and bar service. The buffet breakfast is made to suit all dietary needs, including vegan as does their restaurant. Close to beach, other restaurants and local shopping. We will be going back next year. Loved it!

Nice modern clean hotel at a good location. The Spa massage was average.

5 star hotel which lived up to it's rating. Breakfast was second to none and staff in all areas were courteous and helpful.

Been in this hotel many times, had an issue with a voucher but they solved that very good. You can see maintance is slow after covid but its still a good hotel.

It’s an ok place to stay but undecided to wether recommend this hotel. Been to other places where they appreciate there guest more and treat them to where the would want to come back.

Room is quite well.There is a reptile found in bathroom.. Check in counter takes too much time.I stand at least one hour but no que.They are very slow.Thats enough.
