Ho prenotato la villa dopo aver letto recensioni entusiastiche del posto online. Tuttavia, si è rivelato esattamente l'opposto. Giorno 1: accolto dal personale e accompagnato alla villa. Il water non scaricava, segnalato al personale e ci è stato detto che avrebbero fatto riparare il problema da un tecnico mentre noi andavamo a cena fuori. Di ritorno alla villa verso le 22:00, il water non era più intasato. Tuttavia, quando abbiamo usato di nuovo il water, lo scarico non funzionava. Segnalato di nuovo al personale alle 22:30. Il personale ha detto che il tecnico sarebbe tornato a controllare. Tuttavia, alle 22:55, non è venuto nessuno. Poiché il servizio della villa è disponibile solo fino alle 23:00, siamo andati a controllare con il personale e ci è stato detto che era troppo tardi e che nessuno sarebbe venuto fino al mattino successivo. Poiché non è ragionevole per noi stare in una stanza con il water intasato e senza servizi igienici, ho chiesto aiuto o di cambiare stanza. Il tecnico è arrivato alle 23:30 e ha riparato fino a mezzanotte prima che potessi fare il bagno e andare in bagno. Giorno 2: il water non funzionava di nuovo. Segnalato al direttore. Il direttore ha detto che avrebbe lavorato con l'ingegnere mentre eravamo fuori durante il giorno. Ha detto al direttore che doveva essere riparato o cambiare stanza. Alle 14:00, il direttore ha detto che avevano bisogno di più tempo per ripararlo, quindi sono tornato alla villa alle 16:00. L'ingegnere era ancora nella stanza. Non sono in grado di usare la piscina privata o il bagno. Alla fine l'ingegnere ha confermato che il problema è stato risolto con la sostituzione di alcune parti. Giorno 3, parte 1: il campanello della porta della villa suonava senza sosta alle 8:30. Avevo intenzione di dormire ma sono stato disturbato. Non avevo le chiavi con me, quindi ho chiesto cosa servisse al personale. Nessuna risposta. La cosa successiva che so è che hanno aperto la porta con la chiave maestra. Non ero vestito in modo appropriato, ho avuto la sensazione che la mia privacy fosse stata violata. Il personale ha sbagliato l'orario della colazione ed è venuto a farsi consegnare la colazione. L'orario della colazione comunicato all'hotel il giorno prima era su WhatsApp, per le 9:30. Giorno 3, Parte 2: Mio marito voleva fare una doccia prima di uscire. Non c'era acqua disponibile. Segnalato - sia lo staff che il direttore hanno detto che dovrebbe essere un problema con la pompa e che dovrebbero essere in grado di risolverlo presto. Ho aspettato 20 minuti. Nessun aggiornamento. Mio marito ha dovuto fare il bagno con un secchio d'acqua che era stato conservato nel caso in cui il water non funzionasse di nuovo. Quanto sopra mostra che la villa non è ben tenuta - avrebbe potuto essere un ottimo posto in cui soggiornare in passato. Ma con quello che ho sperimentato e il prezzo pagato, non lo auguro di certo a nessuno in vacanza. Ho un feedback per la direzione ma tutto quello che ottengo è che mi ascoltano, non c'è niente che possano fare per me ma prenderanno il mio feedback. Spero che il proprietario dell'hotel possa vederlo. Questo non è certamente ciò che mi aspetto dagli sforzi di marketing che vengono fatti per il gruppo.

Bella villa, hanno bar/cibo nelle vicinanze e un grazioso negozietto di animali. Le piscine sono leggermente sporche a causa della natura. Lo consiglierei comunque agli amici.

Villa was pretty and beautiful as shown in the picture. The service was very good and breakfast was so fresh and tasty as well.The staff name WAHYU help us for everything what we needed.We would like to visit again here thank you so much 🙏🏻

That pool villa was good, the perfect spot to unwind. The private pool was amazing for a morning dip the downside only the pool got no light inside the pool for night dip. The location was pretty ideal, close enough to the action but still peaceful. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always there with a smile. I can't wait to go back again someday!

If I can give 0 stars, I will… Firstly, we were greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival, but seems like there isn’t a permanent receptionist all the time. Found that it was a bit off when my hubby and I were told that there won’t be a receptionist around from 11pm-7am… Next, the hygiene standards for the villa was TERRIBLE. Water dispenser wasn’t cleaned at the top. Pool was not maintained, filtered only twice a day with the surface decorated with insects, flies and dried leaves. Pool deck was uneven too… The toilet was semi-outdoor, so you’ll be accompanied by insects while taking a bath or doing your business. There were also termite droppings (I assume?) in the room, near the dressing table. Villa’s wall / ceiling was adorned with lizards and other insects like houseflies and mosquitoes as well. Besides, there was even an unsealed crack beside the toilet bowl where a millipede was seen. We informed the staff, he came in to check and probably gave up on doing something about the unsealed crack LOL. That was my last straw. I decided to move onto another accommodation. Just look at the photos……

Extremely disgusting. All around a very horribly maintained Villa. First, we were there to checkin at 5pm, the staff told me they wouldn’t have night shift that night and there would be no one on duty from 11pm - 7am, which made me feel a bit off already. Then we entered our room, and the filter on the pool wasn’t turned on and the pool was extremely dirty filled with dead insects on the surface. The staff showed us around further, and the room was generally in a very poor condition. Doors can’t be locked properly, the bathroom has water marks everywhere. The room looks like it was abandoned for over a year, each sofa cushion has stains. After the staff was done showing us around, I immediately asked if they had another room and he said they were fully booked. After discusing with my partner, we decided to check-out immediately and book another hotel for the night. I don’t expect 5 star service with this price, but this is much worse than a motel. This hotel/villa is definitely not worth this price and I would not recommend staying here even with half the price, or at all.

Not a bad hotel, away from the main locations. But it is quite possible to take a dose for a couple of days. Breakfast needs some work (coffee without water, I had to get it myself, the cooler doesn’t give me hot water, I boiled it on the stove) :)

It’s a very good stay in Bali. The villa is beautiful, big and cozy. We ordered a floating breakfast which was definitely great for talking photos but it was not delicious at all.

The place is calm and serenity to stay, with a direct pool access, we have full privacy. Good service and friendly from the staffs. Many choices for breakfast to choose from. Easy to get gojek or walking to cafes etc. Thank you to Manca team for make our stay a memories one.

Have a great stay here. The hotel is clean, the staffs are friendly; but as Bali is habitats island, so still will have some insects and leaves in the room sometimes. It’s acceptable. Very convenient location. It’s not as crowded as Canggu beach area but not too far from there. Grab only took around 5-10 mins to those spots.

The male receptionist was very friendly, chatty and helpful. The accommodation is great for a couple for a short term stay as it is quite small with the bedroom space. I enjoyed the outdoor setting with a hammock, pool, bathtub and a functional kitchen with filtered water (hot and cold). What could have been improved is the cleanliness of the swimming pool as there were long black hair and the pool looks dirty, the hot water didn't work temporarily but they attended to get it fixed which is a good thing and the breakfast request for vegan wasn't delivered the way I requested and they cooked eggs and gave croissants. I think English isn't so great with the staff for this breakfast request to be executed well and the waiter forgot to bring a juice but was able to provide when I contacted reception that a juice was missing. Attention to detail can be improved here. Location is great because it's away from the main road and walking distance to eateries and shops.
