Bukit Indah Homestay

The standard room has an AC according to trip.com, but in fact it only has a fan. But I wont blame the hotel, because I have the strong feeling trip used a.g.o.d.a as a third party and put the wrong information. The view from our room was very nice, and we had the banana pancake for breakfast that was excellent. It is a good accomodation for the price and I would recommend it. But next time I would choose a room with AC

I normally would prefer leaving a positive review but it might be better to share a honest comment for those who consider coming to this guesthouse. Pros : Good location Breakfast included Hot water Helpful staff(Katu) Cons : No AC(description said with AC but there wasn’t) Quite old and not well maintain room/facilities (There were many caterpillars constantly coming into my room) Cold attitude by the owner I choose a standard room for myself which supposed to have AC, but there wasn’t so I asked if I could change a room. The answer was..  “Yes you can but you need to pay 80k extra per night for the AC room” … so I decided to stay without AC room for the first night. I had a lack of sleep because there was full of mold on my bed(mattress and pillows) so next morning, I asked to change a room or refund my money to leave. I talked to the owner over the phone, he said.. “We can’t refund the money since we didn’t receive it from Trip.com yet” “It’s because of you(my problem), I never heard about those complains from my guest” The communication was difficult without seeing each other/not understanding the condition of my room properly, so I asked if he could come and see at least.. His answer was… “I come for what? I already gave you the solution not refunding the money/paying extra 80k to change a room, that’s all!!” ……………. The solution was only for him, not for me at all. As I’m a long time traveler who have been staying/living in many countries since 2008, I understand and respect our cultural differences/perception/climate and so on, won’t expect everything has to be perfect yet acceptance and compromise is so important. This time the communication was either not smooth nor nice, no any compromise nor apologize, I just felt blamed by his words which made me sad and uncomfortable. Only/Grateful thing was that Katu who works at this guesthouse was trying to help/listen how I feel, I appreciated your quality and kindness. I’m sorry to write such a long review, I wish my words resonate to make your better future/your guest will have good quality time in beautiful Amed. Шикарный вид с балкона! Рассветы, закаты, может даже никуда не выходить) Но лестница немножко утомительна до верхних номеров, особенно с большим багажом. Поднять чемодан мне помогли, а вот спускать пришлось самой. Но вид, определенно, того стоит.

Райское место, нам достался номер с видом на озеро и на вулкан. На территории растут фруктовые деревья, такие как манго, авакадо, маракуя и многие другие) так же есть бассеин с горячим источником, но для нас он не достатрчно был горяч) персонал всегда отзывчив, всегда готов подсказать и посоветовать, что и где посмотреть) это просто, волшебное место. Рекомендую на все 100%
