Balangan paradise Is not a paradise like u see in the picture....The Hostel Is in the middle of no where, they Say with restaurant but Is not true, there Is no restaurant in the hostel, there Is One near by but Is open at 12.00 PM....The area Is full of Dogs ,most of them without owner, so they make a lot of noise during the day and especially in the night. The room Is quite Nice to be and hostel, the Bathroom no, small and Dirty. They didn t change my blanket for 3 days...The only thinks good of this Place Is that Is really near by the beach, good for surfing, there Is a really nice wiew of the Island. The staff Is friendly and kind and Also the local people around are Nice and kind.

No water in the room, located in the middle of nowhere. We asked for a cancellation and refund because there was literally no water coming out of the sink, the shower and the flush. They refused to refund and trip.com didn’t help they said « the owner refused to refund” so if you guys book a hotel without water trop.com will stand with the hotel instead of the customer. Good luck for you guys

Personne à notre arrivée ? , endroit inquiétant , chambre non préparée insalubre nauséabonde dégoûtante . Comment est ce possible de recommander un « hôtel qui se dit paradis! » ?
Chiens partout ménage non fait , cigarette et bouteilles de bières partout c’était horrible. Nous sommes repartis rapidement et notre chauffeur de taxi nous a trouvé un hôtel digne d’un hôtel !
Pourquoi vous ne vérifiez pas les hôtels avant de les proposer ! C’est scandaleux !
Et impossible de se faire rembourser ?? Pourquoi le site ne propose pas quand nous sommes très insatisfait de le faire savoir ?
Nous ne passerons plus par Trip.com
Dommage notre arrivée c’était de nuit et j’étais tellement choquée que je n’ai pas eu le temps de faire des photos , je voulais vite partir !
Je vous propose de vous rendre à cet endroit et surtout à cet hôtel pour constater l’horreur !

Место старое, все очень просто, без излишеств. Воды горячей в душе нет. Плюс расположение относительно пляжа. Всего минута пешком. Но минус отсутствие какой либо инфраструктуры, ни магазинов, ни кафе в пешей доступности. После заката вообще жизнь замирает. Без байка не рекомендую

I just wanted to share how perfect my stay at Balangan Paradise was. The location, just steps away from the beach, was absolutely ideal. The peaceful atmosphere made it an incredibly relaxing experience. For those who value tranquility and a close connection to nature, this place is truly a gem. While the condition in the facility isn't good ants and cold water is normal so if you choose this hotel be prepared.
