Definitely not 5 star resort or hotel whatever you wanna call it. People who book 5 stars places expects cold beverages in their room fridge not have to request them. Asking a deposit on check in for future food and beverage is pathetic. 99% people staying there were international travellers and all used credit card method for payments. Why don’t you just charge them on check out!
Lets get to other amenities-
Ground floor pool is very basic and top level pool is not permitted for families with kids, could do better there.
Room cleaning level are basic, no vacuuming or mopping only sweeping. Dust everywhere .
No Ac’s in lifts is stupid in bali weather.
Food was good (5stars) but selection is very short. Needs more variety.
Evening movie on big screen in the garden is a plus, definitely recommended.
location is really good and handy for short walks.
Staff could be more welcoming, Bali tropic nusa dua staff was much more welcoming and friendly .
Room tv needs updating, Its 2024 every tv should have apps . Apps like youtube, netflix etc. so kids can be busy .
Worse one was , when room service refused to provide more than 2 plates per room without charge even though they know there is 3 people staying in the room. Hows the third person (3yr old) going to eat.
At last Premium location, premium price needs premium service. Thx
