Based on our internal check, we noted that your initial stay was in our Deluxe Room, and upon your extension, you were shown a Superior Room by our team. The room was inspected and found to be in normal condition at that time, and we’re very sorry that the AC issue occurred afterward.Our team immediately prepared another room as a solution, but we fully respect your decision to check out early.
