入住Emana Bamboo Escape的體驗完全超出了我的預期！這家酒店上週才剛剛開業，一切都嶄新而精緻。地理位置非常便利，從酒店騎摩託車到烏布市中心不到10分鐘，出行十分方便。 最讓我感動的是工作人員的熱情服務。得知我此行是為了慶祝生日，他們特意準備了驚喜，不僅用心裝飾了房間，還組織了簡單的歡迎儀式，讓我感受到濃濃的温暖與關懷，成為這次旅行中最難忘的回憶。 整個酒店以竹子為主要建材，設計獨特且環保，充滿自然氣息。因為是新開業，所有設施都非常齊全且乾淨，住起來格外舒適。房費中還包含了精緻的下午茶和早餐，不僅味道可口，擺盤也十分用心，每天都能以美好的心情開始和結束。 總體而言，這是我峇裏島之行中最滿意的一家酒店，強烈推薦給追求品質與自然體驗的旅行者！ My stay at Emana Bamboo Escape truly exceeded all my expectations! This hotel just opened last week, and everything is fresh and beautifully maintained. The location is incredibly convenient—just under 10 minutes by scooter to Ubud city center, making it easy to explore the area. What touched me the most was the exceptional warmth of the staff. When they learned I was celebrating my birthday, they went out of their way to prepare surprises, from decorating the room to organizing a heartfelt welcome ceremony. It made my trip unforgettable. The entire property is built with bamboo, creating a unique, eco-friendly, and nature-immersed atmosphere. As it's newly opened, all facilities are modern, complete, and impeccably clean. The included afternoon tea and breakfast were not only delicious but also elegantly presented—a perfect start and end to each day. Overall, this has been my favorite hotel experience in Bali. Highly recommended for travelers seeking quality, comfort, and a touch of nature!

剛開業三週很有特色的酒店～ 早餐會送到房間，服務態度也超級好！但是畢竟是在叢林裏所以肯定會有蚊蟲和螞蟻，可以問前台要驅蚊水。whatsapp上有管家24小時回覆消息有什麼需求都可以在whatsap跟他們説～

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The environment is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by greenery and peaceful vibes. The hotel also offers enriching activities such as yoga classes and traditional prayer gatherings, which made our experience even more memorable. Two staff members, REDI and ADIT carefully clean the hotel every day, keeping everything spotless, and all of the staff are extremely warm and welcoming, especially the front desk team. The hotel also provides afternoon tea, and the breakfast was very generous – the coffee was especially delicious. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel, which was excellent. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and we truly had an amazing time.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier! Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft mitten in den Reisfeldern – einfach perfekt für unsere Flitterwochen. Schon bei der Ankunft hat uns die liebevoll gestaltete Überraschungsdekoration begeistert. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt organisiert. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren beide hervorragend – jedes Gericht war frisch und köstlich zubereitet. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Eines der schönsten Hotels in Ubud – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!
