Nel complesso, l'hotel è davvero carino. Tutto il personale è estremamente cordiale. D'altro canto, è un po' datato e la ristrutturazione di alcune zone e delle camere dell'hotel sarebbe una buona idea. L'hotel è a circa 15 minuti in taxi dal centro di Ubud. L'hotel sta aiutando a prendere un taxi che costa circa 6 USD. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto qualche problema con le formiche. La colazione è abbastanza buona, ma c'è anche spazio per miglioramenti (i pancake erano rari al centro). Il menu della cena e del servizio in camera non è davvero niente di speciale e puoi ottenere cibo migliore a un prezzo inferiore fuori. Tuttavia, le camere con piscina privata sono belle e offrono un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

All good just that the location was not good for us. If you need to stay close to town this is not the right stay( atleast 20-23 minutes to Ubud centre) Lot of ants in room maybe due to tropical area? Breakfast is great , bar is good, staff is amazing.

Beautiful location, lovely rooms (garden vila with a private pool is amazing), friendly staff, however, a bit uncapable waiters (we waited for 1.5h to get couple of appetizers, pizza and drinks).

We stayed here for 4 days with our 2 year old and from the minute we stepped through the door the service was exceptional. The staff are attentive, kind and friendly. We were really happy with the breakfast buffet, swimming pool, kids club and cleanliness of the place. We hope to come back again. The only problem was the location is far away from shops if you wanted to grab something quickly you would have to order a taxi or grab. Overall we had a fantastic trip and would come back again.

The room is very clean, view from the room is nice, but location is a-bit deep inside Ubud, which you need to use their local taxi to go out from Seres. We stay at Seres to celebrate a birthday which the hotel made a nice decoration to the bed & gave a complimentary birthday cake

Love the view of the hotel room. Staff were friendly and accommodating too.

Good experience

Location can be good if you wish to stay with no disturbing. It can be inconvenient if you wish to go central. Service-wise, I have to compare apple to apple which is my previous stay in 5 star hotel in Bali central. I stayed in Pool villa (lower). Seres, as of July 2022, resort no longer offer any shuttle bus nor activities so I feel quite lack of services too. Service quality as in 5star hotel, english level of staff and some housekeeping details can be improved. My first impression was really disappointing when I checkin because of this 3 factors 1. I have to wait 1 hrs before checkin 2pm when I arrive in 1hour. Generally many hotels in singapore and bali also allowed me to go in earlier. 2. Even after they take 1hr+ of preparation , both 2 phones in the room were not working. Then I needed go upup to tell them and then it took 30mins to fix. And no lightbulb in my standing light too. 3. Near the bed, many insects body and part of wings left over hear & there. This was really bad but next day improved which means that first day housekeeping was not done well. Cleaness & Amenities, Bedding are really dusty so I started blocked throat and coughing once I sit down which never happened to me in my 7days in bali. Overall, it can be good stay with good experience of pool villa & floating breakfast (you must try if you are in pool villa!) This hotel, its quite young as 5year old, need many improvements in terms of service & housekeeping if they need long-run. I paid Sdg$200 per night so I would say 8tar in terms of value-in-price. I will not comeback. Thank you

Прекрасный отель! Красивый вид из номера, 2 бассейна (где почти никого нет), удобные лежаки. Есть кальян! Отличные завтраки. Очень уютный номер, особенно понравилась душевая и раковина. Большой балкон с диваном. Не очень новые номера, но все адекватно за такую цену. Странно ждать от тебя за 100$ уровня отелей, который стоят 200-300$ в сутки. Находится достаточно далеко от основных достопримечательностей: рисовых полей, парка обезьян и центра Убуда, всех ресторанов. За 2 дня ни разу не выходила из отеля)) Шикарный спа! Стоит своих денег. Балийский массаж 60 минут стоит около 900к. Но это нормальная цена для отеля такого уровня)

很安靜舒適但離市區有點遠，出入不方便，房間和浴室都很大但是擺太多傢俱可惜了，不小心還會撞到腳😅，私人泳池很棒。

酒店衞生非常惡劣 房間非常的潮濕 床上有跳蚤 投訴了也是敷衍了事 搞到我全身發癢 還要看醫生 一段美好的假期就 被糟蹋了
