From the first step into the property it was tranquility, stillness and nature abound. Our Villa was stunning, amenities well thought out. We didn’t have to leave our room. The staff’s attention to detail was wonderful. The food was sensational.

Private, clean, insect-proof. As a honeymoon couple who likes to get noisy without disturbing anyone and appreciate privacy at other times, this place is like a boutique resort that is just pure excellence. The price is much higher than other estabishments but this is rightfully justified, and is still cheaper than Four seasons just across the valley (you can see the resort from your room). Attentive staff since the place is small, they were of so much help! No complaints at all and highly recommended

This is an outstanding small hotel. With just a handful of rooms, all private villas overlooking the jungle, and very kind, attentive but non-pretentious service, it is for me a much better option than the luxury big hotels. I found it very hard to leave.

My wife and I had a great time spending 2 nights at The Ridge Bali! The villa is cosy and the pool is nice. The service is outstanding, and everyone, whether our butlers; the staff and the waiters at the restaurant, is helpful and strive to give us a wonderful time at our stay! Highly recommended for those visiting Ubud and Sayan!

From the moment you arrive you are taken care of with the most kindness and patience .My room had every detail that i needed and the materials and design are so soothing and lux .The view of the valley from my room was breathtaking ,i will return for sure and i am so grateful for the entire staff at the Ridge including my Butlers (you have one when you stay there!!) that left me kind notes and made sure i was happy :)

The stay in the The Ridge was amazing. The stuff, rooms and everything we experienced in this hotel. We received help and interest in every case. They pay a lot of attention to detail, which made me feel very well taken care of. We was also on the Tour and we really recommended. Such a wonderful place with incredible people! We hope that we will be able to go back there! We highly recommend this boutique place if u go to Ubud!

Our stay at the Ridge is exceptional! The check -in experience was a breeze and all staffs are friendly. Our stay in Villa 1 was great. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking, and it really capture the Sayan valley landscape. The location of the villa is pretty close to Ubud center and they provide a shuttle service at allocated time slot. Our butlers, Angga, Geni and Anggi were really attentive and went beyond my expectations to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, the service and villa supersedes my expectations and we would definitely stay with them during our next trip to Ubud again. Thank you!

The Ridge is a small but precious gem in Ubud. The room is brand new with style. It’s quiet and away from the crowd but just 10-15 mins from many nice restaurants and city center. Every staff is so friendly and welcoming with good services. I definitely recommend it if you don’t need many facilities that a big resort would provide.
