I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and they were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The room service was available anytime upon request, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were nice and always helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, with numerous supermarkets, convenience stores, and massage spas nearby. Highly recommend this place!

good staying…. but if u deliver foods, u have to go down lobby to take it … the staff wont able to grab it to ur doorstep.

Cleanliness, super friendly staff, free access to super atlas and other few beach club, good food and location, mid range worth it.

Conveniently located in canggu and close to lots of restaurants / gyms. However toilet is not very clean, there’s pee stains on the toilet seat when I first entered and the bathtub is quite dirty too. Bathtub takes quite long to fill and water pressure is weak. I think it’s a bit weird how one room is only allowed max 4 bottles of water per day and I had to order extra water via grab. Other than that, everything is great and there’s an app where you can send messages to the hotel if you need anything extra.

I am really thankful for the time when we are there. First of all, we are there to celebrate my gf birthday as well as vday. They help me arrange balloon surprise. Very well organised and easy to communicate thru whatsapp. During our stay, we got food poisoning. By hotel rules. All the guest should collect their grabfood or grab mart at the counter. But we couldn't walk out of rooms. Thank-you!

A small and cozy hotel, good size for 2 adults. Hotel is very nice, giving cool vibes. However, there is quite a high step to toilet that you will need to be careful when using at night. You will also need to find the right length to close the toilet door as it does not cover fully well if you're sharing with your friends.

The hotel location is good, convenient. The pool studio is nice with a small pool for dipping but I found slug in the pool therefor didn't use the pool. Overall the room is nice and clean

I had an amazing 3-night stay at The Komu Canggu Bali! From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The hotel’s design is stunning—modern yet cozy, with a clear attention to detail. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring Canggu. The location is perfect—close to fantastic cafes, shops, and beaches, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet. The pool area is a highlight, perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand. The breakfast was delicious and catered to a variety of tastes. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff, especially Sayu at the reception desk who was greatly supportive. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend The Komu to anyone visiting Bali. I can’t wait to return!

From the entrance all the way to the room, komu has exudes bali warmth and great hospitality. Greeted with smiles wherever i go, comfortable bed with nice amenities. They also collaborate with many other hotspots that allows you to enter for complimentary or to shuttle here and there. Location is a stone throw away from finns and atlas beachClub. Overall experience was extremely happy. Highly recommend you guys to try it out and sure thing for me to come back to.

We are impressed by the clean and spacious room. The floating island bed was a highlight! The bathroom amenities, particularly the Sensatia Botanical shampoo and body wash, were a nice touch - they smelled amazing, rivaling my favourite Aesop products! Highly recommended!

Nice design hotel, the top floor has sound reverberation issue which the echo is so strong. Not nice to talk in the room. Love the area where you can walk to Finns and Atlas beach club Staff friendliness can be better. Just asked us to check everything in app instead of proactively showing us about the hotel and area.

Excellent hotel , clean, 5 stars and good service. I even come back when I extended my trip. Love here
