Staying at this resort was like stepping into a hidden paradise—a perfect escape in a non-touristy area that truly captures the essence of Bali. Surrounded by lush jungle and serene beauty, this place is the ultimate retreat for anyone looking to disconnect and experience “the real Bali.” The professionalism and kindness of the staff were outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and care. The team went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Their dedication and attention to detail truly stood out. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully designed facilities that blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings. Whether it was the state-of-the-art gym, the tranquil spa treatments, or simply relaxing in the serene environment, everything was flawless. This was an unforgettable experience—peaceful, luxurious, and utterly relaxing. We left feeling rejuvenated and inspired. If you’re looking for a getaway that combines impeccable service, beautiful surroundings, and a glimpse into Bali’s authentic soul, this resort is a must. We can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return!

Me and my husband stayed 6 days and it was amazing. Great service, sweet People and stunning surroundings. The food was fine and they could do food specialties. We want to come back soon again. The only Thing missing is a yogateacher- so call me if you need one;-) Best regards Kevin and Marie vimal

A green oasis away from the hustle and bustle. We love Neano. PS: This beautiful boutique hotel is nestled into the hillside amongst local villages and the local dogs will interrupt the peaceful ambiance! It seems the locals don’t seem to notice when 5 or more are fighting at 5 in the morning and constantly during the day. Travel tip: Bring your earplugs!

Nice relaxing hotel with fantastic view. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Modern with great airco. Only downside for me was that i had a room directly at the side of the pool. Most people stayed in rather small pool area during the day leaving me with ample privacy. So if you like privacy stay away from rooms at the poolside. Staff and in particular kuskus went out of their way to make the stay great. Food in restaurant was ok.

This is an excellent resort with a beautifully landscape garden, really nice architecture. All the rooms are very luxurious and very large. The staff are incredibly smiley and friendly. Kuskus was particularly friendly and helpful. We didn’t want to leave.

The photos don't do Neano justice. Very peaceful if you are looking for some downtime. Good food and well priced. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The 3 bed villa is beautifully appointed. Amazing sunsets.

We have been staying at Neano for two weeks now and it's nearly time to leave. We have had such an amazing time! The food is exquisite with plenty of choice and the service is incredible! Staff are friendly, attentive and can't do enough for you. Everything can be asked for or booked through the WhatsApp. We have felt like celebrities with our own driver all holiday who again can be booked through WhatsApp, take you to local spots and waits for you if you want to go shopping or for dinner. We've done so many activities, had lots of fun, rested and have lots of wonderful memories! Thank you to the whole team at Neano!

I agree with the 8 other reviewers. This place is Amazing. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we knew we had booked the right hotel. Kuskus the Manager and Architect David Kvasnicka were very welcoming and gave us lots of advice on things to either see or do around the area. David was very interesting to talk with if you are into architecture / design and food. All the staff around the hotel are friendly and happy to have a quick chat and to make sure that our stay was memorable. All communication around the hotel can be done by WhatsApp be it room service, booking a driver through the hotel or even getting someone to collect your luggage. The food is outstanding. The breakfast was very filling. The views are the best you could hope for. All rooms face the same way looking at the bay towards the Nusa Penida island. The room was very clean, Good air conditioner and always hot shower water. This is a must do Hotel. One for the Bucket List.

Absolutely love love love this place!!! Highly recommend. Tucked away on a hill slope, surrounded by the jungle but with a sweeping ocean view, Neano Escape is the perfect oasis to spend a wonderful couple of days. We recall when we first arrived here 😃 A tad bumpy, unpaved road through the woods got us a bit confused yet excited, leading us to straight into….paradise 😍 What a welcome change after all of Ubud’s fun hustle and bustle (previous stop on our trip). It’s a hip new boutique hotel (opened 2022) in modern Balinese style. We enjoyed the architecture, immaculate pool, lush landscaping, gorgeous outdoor seating and its laidback atmosphere to the max. Staff service couldn’t get better!! They always treated us with such kindness and made us feel so welcome. They went beyond limits to make our engagement a dream come true and for which we are most thankful. Perfect venue to unplug and for a romantic getaway. It was definitely the nicest place we stayed on our Bali trip. Look forward to come back again!! Love, Esther & Paul
