Questa è la nostra 4a visita a Abia Villas. Grazie a Lena e alla sua squadra per aver fatto questo un altro soggiorno fantastico e rilassante. Le villa sono davvero comode, con aria condizionata e un bagno semi-aperto. L'unica cosa che serve per sostituire è la testa del doccia, ma noi capiamo dal resort che questo accadrà presto: c'è un'area da pranzo e una piscina privata con salotto solare. La colazione è inclusa e può essere consegnata alla vostra villa al momento scelto, o si può scegliere di mangiarla nel Café Abia. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. E 'un luogo davvero tranquillo, solo a pochi passi dalla ruggine e bustina di Legian. Attendiamo con ansia la nostra prossima visita nel 2024.

Aster Villa era assolutamente incredibile. Il servizio era fuori di questo mondo. Mi prendevo cura di. Il colazione era incredibile. Ci festeggiai il mio compleanno e hanno avuto la più bella decorazione dei fiori della piscina per me ☺️❤️. Raccomando vivamente di rimanere lì ❤️

Super big room and the service is simply impeccable. Cleanliness was alright too. From being greeted with wet towels to freshen up to helping us with the luggages and assisting us to stop traffic to cross the street across, which btw is so convenient. There’s a convenience store right opposite the hotel and it’s a really good location as bars and restaurants are nearby as well. There’s also a pharmacy right beside the convenience store. I personally enjoyed my stay here throughly and so did my mum. She never had anything to complain about even tho she is not easily happy. Thank you to the wonderful staff and lovely hotel

We were 3 different couples and booked through TA on bookings.com for a week. I had requested that the 3 rooms be close together and was emailed saying request confirmed within 48 hours. Experience around our booking was as expected. We arrived a bit before 2pm check-in time and warmly greeted. We only had to wait 10 minutes before the rooms were ready. We were given a local cocktail while checking in which was a bonus. Our rooms were exactly what we had expected from the photos. While each Villa has it's own pool and breakfast can be delivered to your room, the hotel opposite called Bloo, has a large pool which guests can use and also offer a buffet breakfast each morning for about AUD $5. As the property is very new, some taxi drivers were not familiar with the name but when we showed them the address, they knew exactly where it was. We booked a couple of tours and when having to select the pickup location we could only select Bloo. As the staff work between both places, the drivers were sent to S18 without issue. Each evening, the staff would bring in a small snack for 2 and spray the rooms for mosquitoes. That was a bonus. The air-conditioning in the bedroom was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. We felt like Royals with the bathroom. The huge shower and deep bath in such a lovely setting was very relaxing. Go figure for a bathroom :) Any time we went to reception, the service was exceptional. EVERY staff member we dealt with always greeted us with a smile and did everything they could to help. You can arrange to get a scooter from the Villas for about AUD $10 per day. The scooter is delivered at an agreed time and the paperwork and collection is done at the Villas. As our flight back to Australia didn't depart until 11.45pm, I spoke with reception about a cost for late checkout just for 1 room. The other couples left their stuff in our room and we were able to make the most of our last day. It worked out to be about AUD $50. We didn't have to worry about storing luggage and were able to have showers before our overnight flight back. They also organised our transfer back to the airport for AUD $15. There are many eating options within walking distance to the Villas and 3 minimarts for drinks and snacks. Taxi into Kuta varied alot depending on what time of day we went in. The Villa has a shuttle that will take you there at either 11am or 3pm for free but you need to make your own way back. You also need to let them know if you want the service so they can let the driver know. Would we stay there again? ABSOLUTELY

It was not my first time in bali, I have been in many different hotels and villas, I must say, Bali cozy is my favorite. It is close to the beach and restaurants, the villa itself is stunning, with the private pool, and jacuzzi, the bed is super comfortable, the whole place is beautiful and very clean. Very kind hostess who really took good care of me, she had great recommendations for visiting different places and activities, the food also was amazing. I have recommended all my friends to stay at Bali cozy if they want an unforgettable holiday in the island of the gods.

As I reached the villa at about 2pm but did not notify the counter staff about my earlier arrival, I had to patiently wait till 3pm for my booked villa to be made available. So, I walked to the nearby cofffee shop to kill time whilst waiting for the 3pm check-in time. The nearest coffee shop was located at less than 1km away from the villa. Generally, eatery places were made accessible on foot after about 5 - 8 minutes of normal-pace walking. On first glance, the villa's interior design looked great for couples to chill and have fun. Built-in facilities were quite complete with a NetFlix subscription, a bathtub situated right in the middle of the villa, and a private pool. However, most of the additional services in the villa required extra payment (either by cash or by credit card - the latter payment method is preferred by the staff). For example, I wished to have a floating breakfast on the next morning, but I had to pay about 750k+ to rent the basket (the final amount was nearly 900k due to the usual taxes). This particular matter was somehow not explicitly mentioned in the Trip.com website as I booked the breakfast set almost a month ago. Inflatable floats and wines were also charged with reasonable prices. Pool water in the private villa did not seem totally clean, as there was some dirt particles clearly floating on the water surface. As the pool was not fully shielded from above, so it was understandable to observe a few fallen leaves. The surrounding sitting place (with cushions) however, did not seem conducive for prolonged sitting due to the rather filthy appearance. On the next morning, I had to make a gentle reminder call for my breakfast sets to be delivered to the doorstep. I made a call after 10 minutes have passed the originally agreed time. Nevertheless, the pre-ordered food and drink for 2 person were nice. In summary, my short stay (for 1 night only) was considered a good one, but there was certainly room for improvement especially with regards to the pool water quality and the pricing menu shown on the Trip.com webpage.

In generale, è soddisfatto che ci sono alcuni piccoli problemi Non riesco a trovare la ricetta dopo essere rimasto, non riesco a trovare la TV quando ho mangiato la notte, nessuno va alla ricetta diverse volte.Poi è un po'scura nella piscina, le foglie sono molte, questo deve essere pulito domani!C'è un fiore d'acqua nella stanza che non riesco a trovare l'interruttore per spegnere la notte e dormire molto duro. Non c'è altro problema, tutto il resto è buono, la colazione è buona, e'molto generico.

Abbiamo trascorso recentemente 7 notti in Villa 1 come famiglia di 4. Abbiamo trovato la nostra Villa incredibile con un grande schema, anche se le camere sono completamente separate, non sarebbe ideale se avessi davvero bambini piccoli. Tutte le Villas sono distinte e diverse decorazioni, ect. Questo è circa Villa 1. Se si guarda sul sito è il bianco aperto stile Villa. Tutto quello che ci serve era disponibile per una grande vacanza familiare. La posizione di questa villa è sorprendente con fantastici ristoranti molto vicino. Circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Seminyak e un altro 10 minuti a piedi lungo la spiaggia fino ai famosi sacchetti di bean. Il personale era sorprendente. La nostra villa è stata pulita ogni giorno. Ci siamo sentiti al sicuro, al sicuro e benvenuti per tutta la nostra permanenza.

La villa è lungo il fiume. Il fiume non è pulito, ma la villa è vicino a un bar e un paio di lavanderia serviti e vicino a un cerchio K per qualsiasi piccolo fornitura necessaria. Il personale è amichevole, e vi aiuterà quando necessario. Bagno e ventilatore in camera da letto. Piscina è buona e pulita. Le luci intorno per nuotare di notte. Il posto è stato bellissimo e teso con la custodia quotidiana, solo chiedere loro di lasciare l'aria condizionata o quando tornerai sarà caldo.
