This spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath house is located on a canal with direct access to the Manatee River. The 20ft private dock is the perfect place to relax, fish, or just enjoy the outdoors. We are just 2.5 miles from I-75 and close to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment.The master bedroom features a king sized bed, closet, Roku TV, and a private full bath.Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a twin bed, a large closet, and a smart TV.Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle bed. This bedroom also features a closet and Roku TV. Bedroom 4 is on the second story with a queen bed and a balcony overlooking the canal.
