Simply press on it and it comes up for you to charge several phones and other electronic devices. Electric fireplace warms the living room, kitchen and dining area. It works really well at taking the chill off the room in the early morning.Additionally, a ceiling mounted heater/AC in the living area. And an identical one in the master bedroom. Each operated with its own hand- held remote thermostat. The thermostats are found in their individual brackets attached to the wall in the hallway. This spectacular beach house offers a spacious living room with a new leather L-shaped sofa, and a large leather chair and ottoman. The dining room table is a circular high-top with 6 nicely padded chairs. From the table you can view the ocean during mealtime. The large half-bath located downstairs comes beautifully decorated with more granite countertop. It has its own electric heating source with thermostat, and a cool porthole window our contractor fashioned by hand.
