Positiv: - tolle Lage...auch wenn die Fahrt von Dalaman Airport gefühlt ewig dauert - leckeres Essen( besonders Nachtisch)..zum Glück,weil ohne Mietauto immer auf Taxi bzw.teils befriedigendes,fahrendes Wassertaxi hin und zurück nach Marmaris nötig.Kosten für Taxi EINE Fahrt 400 TL,Wassertaxi 200 TL pro Person EINE Fahrt. - nette Angestellten - Pool/ Poolarea - zuvorkommende Art von Fatma( Reception) wegen Beschwerde/ Unreinheit des gesamten Zimmers und abgeranztes Badezimmer.Trotz Bitte ,zumindest sauber zu machen und die verstaubte Socke eines irgendwann dagewesenes Gastes unter dem Bett zu entsorgen ist nichts passiert.Kleiner Nervenzusammenbruch meinerseits wegen starker Enttäuschung😞 Kostenfreies UPGRADE auf Suite bekommen..sauber und mit Kleiderschrank!! Vielen Dank dafür... - AI völlig ausreichend,Bier,Weine etc.( wer HP oder weniger bucht muss mit hohen Kosten zwecks Essen und Trinken rechnen) - chillige Musik den ganzen Tag am Pool - viele Liegen Negativ: - in die Jahre gekommene Anlage ansich. - für 5 Sterne Luxushotel wie angepriesen,unordentliche Aussenanlage,Defekte Einrichtungen. 2019 angeblich komplett renoviert...ich frage mich...WO?..die Suiten vielleicht.Kosten aber echt viel Kohle wenn man diese normal bucht. - Dart/Tischtennis sehr uncharmant integriert. - habe Fotos von 2018 bis 2020 gesehen...hat mit Stand Okt.2023 nichts mehr zu tun. Fazit: Dank der tollen Sonne und des Klimas am Meer am Pool gut gechillt aber nochmal würde ich nicht mehr hierher kommen. -

The sophistication and beauty of the rooms were in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment, creating a truly immersive experience. The location, too, was unparalleled, and the hotel made the best use of its prime position. However, despite these positives, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the service provided by the staff. Communication between the hotel staff and guests was noticeably lacking. Important updates and events were only announced on Instagram, leaving many staff members uninformed about the happenings within the hotel. This lack of coordination resulted in confusion and frustration as we found ourselves unaware of available amenities or the current menu offerings. One of the major drawbacks was the disinterest shown by the staff towards the guests. While the hotel was exclusively for adults, the adjacent beach seemed to attract people from all over, which impacted the serene and exclusive atmosphere. To add to the disappointment, the hotel staff paid little attention to the beachgoers, appearing disengaged and uninterested in catering to their needs. It was disheartening to observe the lack of personal touch and genuine care that should be expected from a luxury establishment. The music experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the pool area offered a perfect and relaxing musical backdrop, the beach area suffered from inconsistencies. On some days, loud disco music with heavy bass blared as early as 8:00 in the morning, disrupting any hopes of tranquility. On other days, pleasant and soothing summery tunes would play, befitting a 5-star relaxation haven. This inconsistency in the musical atmosphere added to the overall inconsistency of the hotel's identity. It is evident that a considerable amount of thought had been put into the hotel's design, but unfortunately, the same level of consideration does not seem to extend to defining what the hotel truly wants to be. Moreover, it is apparent that minimal effort had been invested in training the staff adequately, resulting in a lackluster guest experience. In conclusion, this hotel possesses the potential to be one of the world's finest, thanks to its exceptional location and captivating design. However, it falls short due to poor management and the disruptive activities of neighboring establishments. While I genuinely wanted to love this hotel, the issues with service, communication, and inconsistency left me feeling unsatisfied. With some improvements in management and a focus on training and coordination, this hotel could truly become a world-class destination.

Siamo venuti con i nostri amici per le vacanze di festa e ci siamo trasferiti 10 giorni... e noi (due adulti + 4 anni di età) preferiremmo stare in un appartamento, le apparecchiature erano piccole, ma nuove e pulite. Abbiamo avuto qualche disturbo tecnico in questa stanza, perché la stagione è appena iniziata, ma sono stati risate e risate. Abbiamo trovato il colazione molto buono e ci sono prodotti di qualità (non ci piace la pasticceria, quindi non si può trovare un colazione pieno di candelastre incerte) quando andiamo, la stagione non si apre e il menu dell'hotel è rinnovato. La pianificazione del cibo non sembrava ancora assaggiata, ma posso dire che era molto buona per il gusto... che sulla spiaggia sono le sedie e gli ombrelli confortevoli, il mare è già brillante, ma la pietra e le scarpe sono necessarie. Non so se ci sia un bel bar, un piccolo bar, un bar che ha fatto il bagno di Bade e Ozkan, e soprattutto, ci sono dei lavoratori che hanno un lavoro gentile, distante, risolto, risolto. Grazie a tutti i signori della Listenza, Veysel, della Fina e di tutti i nomi che ho dimenticato.

Mio marito e io abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa qui all’inizio di maggio e non avremmo potuto chiedere un posto più bello per restare. Mehmet e la squadra erano meravigliosamente attenti e niente era troppo difficile. Le camere (avevamo una vista sul mare) erano pulite, confortevoli e spaziose, e completamente attrezzate – mentre avremmo preferito non usarlo, la grande TV dello schermo è venuta a buon uso quando pioveva il giorno della Coronazione, quindi abbiamo visto la copertura della BBC! È un breve passo in città, dove ci sono bar e ristoranti spiaggia tra cui il bar sorella – Pilos Beach – che è anche raccomandato, ma se si vuole fare la passeggiata intorno all’hotel, ci sono 2 piscine e un’atmosfera rilassante o un cortile da tennis e un Gym per i tipi più attivi. E non potevo lasciare un recensione senza menzionare il colazione. C'era qualcosa per tutti - i cereali e le pasticcerie, le specialità turche, tra cui diversi tipi di miele, frutta, salami, succo fresco – lo chiami, era lì. Si consiglia di avere l'omelette troppo – così fluffy! Rarissimamente abbiamo dovuto pranzo!! Ci siamo apprezzati molto il nostro tempo a Pilos e lo consigliamo molto

Nisan ayının ikinci yarısında otelde 3 günlük konaklama yaptık. Otel genel olarak yabancı, orta yaş ve üzeri turist ağırlıklıydı. Otelin konsepti herşey dahil şeklindeydi. Odamız ve otelin genel kullanım alanları ***et temizdi. Rahatsızlık yaşatabilecek birşey olmadı. Hatta kendi kendimize yaşattığımız talihsiz bir olay sonrası yatağımızın tüm örtüleri değiştirildi. Hijyen konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Yemekler genel manada iyiydi. Çeşit konusunda şu da olsaydı diyebileceğimiz birşey olmadı. Lezzet olarak da otel yemeklerine göre iyiydi. Havuzda ve lobide ayrı barlar vardı. Lobideki bar 24 saat açık. Barlardaki ürün çeşitliliği de bize göre makul ve yeterliydi. Chivas, jack, red label, smirnof, olmeca, yeni rakı, tekirdağ rakı gibi markaların başlangıç serilerinin hepsi vardı. Otel denize sıfır konumdaydı. Açık ve ısı**asız bir havuzu vardı. Havuz başında şezlong bulmak biraz zordu. Denize sıfır ve kendisine ait olan ve servis yapılan iskelesi vardı. Plajı dardı ve denizi biraz bataklık tarzındaydı. Denizini sevmedik. Çalışanların hepsi son derece özveriliydi. Animasyonda Hakan, Anastasya, Lira, restoran kısmında Bektaş şef, havuz barda Coşkun başta olmak üzere çalışanlar genel olarak hepsi işini en iyi şekilde yapmaya çalışıyorlardı. Bir dediğimiz iki edilmedi. Üzülerek döndük. Birdaha gi**ek isteyeceğimiz yerler arasında.

Più: - non molto tempo fa le camere sono state riparate, tutto è abbastanza fresco e pulito - un buon giardino - una piscina calda e Hamam - Il colazione non è lussuoso, ma anche comestibile Minorità: - non c'è parcheggio (ma non nella stagione si può sempre trovare in strada vicino all'hotel) - vecchie e piccole TV in camera - solo canali via cavo funzionano, non ci sono youtube/netflix/Android TV e altri servizi Internet - una debole pressione idrica nel doccia e un vuoto nel doccia senza modi - in un hotel spa si desidera vedere questo :-)

Ilk Aqua hotel tecrubemiz oldu, baslangicta biraz huzursuzduk ama sonrasinda yardimsever ve guleryuzlu personelleri sayesinde Ve otelin kendisine ait plaji olmasi cok memnun etti. Ozellikle Duygu Ve Sila hanimlatin kizimiz Duru Ece Ile ilgilenmeleri bizi cok memnun etti. Wifi Ve IT altyspisi duzeltilebilir, VPN baglantida sorun yasadim, ayrica plaja disardan Kisi alinacaksa da cok secici davranmak gerekiyor.Sonraki senelerde de bulsmak dilegiyle.

We were actually booked into a hotel down the road and it was absolutely awful. Luckily we managed last minute to get a room here. The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were all so friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day. Pool area and sunbeds were clean, food was lovely and was an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend. Apparently it has recently had a new owner so could be the reason for past bad reviews. Also, the spa downstairs is great and very reasonable prices!

Come ho scritto questo uccello urla sopra i polmoni che cercano di fare karaoke.Voglio dire, dove comincio. Da la formata “Notte turca” e io voglio dire che non saprebbero cosa è una notte turca se li colpisce sul viso, dove balli della ghiandola e danza di scimmie sono al top della fattura 🤣🤣🤣 a notti molto tardi dove la musica continua a sbattere fino a 1’ora della mattina e L'unico modo per fermarlo è chiamare il ricevitore e minacciare di chiamare la polizia, per questo hai paura del fine settimana. Il manager si siede al bar tutto il giorno e si affaccia sul viso e non si preoccupa quanto sia forte la musica o se hai bambini che stai cercando di mettere a letto. Quando le persone arrivano dall'hotel al contrario che si lamentano del rumore, sapete che non perdete la mente o che siete un killjoy. Pensavo che Marmaris avesse lasciato questo tipo di cose 15 anni fa, ma se la musica e la musica e le notti cheesy sono la tua cosa, questo è davvero il tuo posto perfetto. Se avete abbastanza coraggio per cercare una vacanza qui e vi auguro davvero il meglio con la vostra vita. Non le darei stelle se potessi!!!
