"Плюсы: расположение- пляж Клонг Дао( в отлив купаться проблематично), от отеля, с левой стороны, если стоять лицом ко входу, с торца бетонная дорожка до пляжа- пара минут, недалеко- хорошая Северная часть Лонг бич; напротив, через дорогу довольно крупный 7/11. Есть террасная зона с низкими столиками и тюфяками( для курильщиков). Есть комната хранения багажа- оставить вещи на пару часов до и после заселения
Кровати комфортные, в комнате свой санузел( туалет+ душ+умывальник), но за рецепцией есть раковины вне туалетов, проблем с умыванием не было, постельное белье хорошее, есть штора, но не индивидуальная, а сразу на двоих,у каждого свой вентилятор, и ещё один общий, чайник!
Минусы: дороговато, Цена приличного отеля в Бангкоке, выселение в 11ч, вместо 12, шум с дороги, но не критично, беруши не требовались; кондиционер по расписанию( в общем, в этих краях, смотрю, распространённая практика), не хватает крючков, в санузле хотя бы пару гвоздиков просто вбить; между кроватью и стеной большой проем- вот там прямо грязно, чтобы помыть, ничего двигать не нужно, и эту пыль, волосинки, шерстинки очень хорошо видно на белом белье; за отелем при мне покосили траву, а так там пустырь, заросший местным бурьяном, можно было бы на этом месте организовать зону отдыха или курилку- вложений много это не потребует, просто как на вечернем рынке в Саладане поставить брезентовый тент и тот же брезент бросить на выровненную землю( а в идеале -оформить бассейн😁), с противоположной стороны рецепции- заброшенная часть- туалеты, какое -то помещение; пальмы в горшках сохнут.."

UUtente ospiteAnche se è solo un B&B hotel. Ma il servizio è di prim'ordine! Il giorno del check-out, abbiamo trascinato in fretta i bagagli e lasciato in camera gli indumenti protettivi e due braccialetti. Il capo ci ha consegnato le cose proprio mentre eravamo in fila per salire sulla barca. Siamo rimasti tutti sbalorditi. Lo shock e l'emozione erano oltre le parole. Verremo di nuovo a Koh Lanta per questo negozio! dovere!

JJanUpon arrival at Lanta Triple Novel, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel at home, assisting us with everything we needed.
We stayed in the bungalows, which were spacious and well-equipped. There was a clothes drying rack inside and another on the porch—this was the first hotel where we had ample space to dry our clothes. The porch was furnished with plastic chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The bungalow featured a small kitchenette accessible from the porch through a side door, which is convenient if you're planning a longer stay.
Inside, there was a small plastic wardrobe for storing clothes and a mini-fridge. The only thing missing was a table and two chairs inside the room, which would have added to the comfort. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room cool. The location was very quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. The only minor inconvenience was during heavy rain when the metal roof became quite loud.
We rented a scooter from the owner at a decent price, making it easy to explore the island. Although there's a restaurant as part of the hotel, we didn't have the time to dine there. Originally, we planned to stay for three days but ended up extending our stay to four because we enjoyed it so much.
The location is perfect—it's close to the beach, and there's a 7-Eleven just around the corner where you can get everything you need for your stay. It's a 4-minute drive to Saladan Pier, so you'll have an easy time catching ferries or speedboats for further travel.
Overall, our experience at Lanta Triple Novel was excellent. The friendly owner, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made our stay memorable.

HHanneMI had an amazing stay at the brand-new Phumala Lanta Seaview Resort! The bungalows are unique, built on stilts amidst lush greenery, with a magical view over the treetops and the coast. Staying here feels like being in a small fairytale, with comfortable beds, modern air conditioning, and a lovely terrace featuring both a bathtub and sun loungers. Between the bungalows, charming lighting in the trees creates a special and cozy atmosphere in the evenings. If any challenges arise, the staff and owner are incredibly attentive and resolve everything quickly and efficiently. The service is truly top-notch! The resort is just a 5-7 minute walk from a beautiful and peaceful beach, and shops and restaurants are also nearby. Across the road, Pad Thai Rock n Roll serves absolutely amazing food, and their staff is incredibly friendly – a must-visit during your stay. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it from four to nine nights. Note that the hotel shares its reception with Bakantiang Resort, so make sure to mention this to your taxi driver to find the correct location. Highly recommended!

Any mentions for improvements below are simply suggestions and is highly recommend anyone to stay here
It's in a great location, nearby to high quality local restaurants, a large shop with food, drink, toiletries but still tucked away in its own little world. There are several communal seating areas with communal board games (Azul, cards) and books to use during your stay.
The bed was big and comfortable, there was lots of space with two seating areas with tables, one inside our room and one outside. We were only provided with a sheet to sleep, rather than a quilt/duvet which was fine for us but some people might not like that. A choice would have been nice
I love the ”eco” feel - toiletries provided are great quality and environmentally friendly, instead of daily plastic single use bottles for water, a glass bottle with a water dispenser at reception is provided.
Breakfast is generously portioned and freshly cooked. Some more options for vegans would be nice (my partner just had toast and jam everyday) such as tofu scramble, peanut butter or non-dairy yoghurt. The coffee served at breakfast is delicious, unlike most hotels you can pick from cappuccino, latte etc that's made fresh with a proper coffee machine. That was a really nice touch that we enjoyed.
The bathroom was nicely decorated and was modern.
My only suggestions for improvements would be there are a lot of lights which made it hard to sleep without an eye mask (the sockets emit lights and we couldn't turn the Aircon display off), and the bathroom has a window with no blind/curtain so the bathroom door needed to be closed. Also there are small gaps around the front door meaning we often had small visitors to our room (geckos, millipedes etc). But overall this didn't affect our stay and are very easy fixes. Also a dimmer switch on the very bright bedside lamp would be nice.

Ci è una buona piscina, noleggio biciclette proprio nel dipartimento, con il trasferimento al pier aiutato e anche acquistato un biglietto a Phi Phi attraverso il conto dell'hotel. In generale ci piaceva.

IIvan KraljThere are many good things about this hotel:
- located close to the Saladan Pier where the boats dock, and just next door to the night market that offers food and shopping
- welcoming and helpful staff (the hotel has no elevator, but the receptionist offered himself to carry my bag to the second floor
- free use of washing machine on the rooftop, all you need is buy a detergent in the supermarket nearby (5 baht)
- small kitchen if you would wish to prepare some food of your own
- vivid lobby brightened up by graffiti, with free water and a small library
- rooftop terrace with a hammock, with sadly not spectacular view (the roof of the market is quite unappealing - some graffiti artist should cover that too ;))
What could be improved?
- big bed is actually two twin beds connected together. Also, they are wrapped in that plastic which you can feel under the sheets :(
- I felt the cleanliness of the room could be on a higher level, especially floors and bathroom
- no handsoap in the bathroom (I used the shower gel, but even that one was fixed for the wall, so it doesnt get stolen, I guess?)
- just two big towels per room (no small towels, or a floor towel)
- even when at maximum, water temperature never gets hot or truly warm
- the hotel looks a bit run down, and could use some facelifting. There are holes in the floor of the common area, the bathroom seems unfinished, with exposed walls and some ventilation openings plugged with - plastic bags?
- i think key deposit of 500 baht is such an unneeded nuisance in these modern times - cant they just charge you if you lose it?

UUtente ospiteWonderful find. I spent hours trying to find rhe right place and I did. Rim Khao is a lovely little group of bungalows that back into the forest, but are conveniently on the main road and just a 10 minute walk from the beach. This is a brilliant place for a really good price. I spent hours watching the monkeys, ants, lizards, frogs, birds and butterflies that were very present. As I had no transport and only a walking budget, was limited where I went. But there was enough. The beach is beautiful for swimming and sunbathing. There is little shade, but if you walk to the end of the beach, theres a lot more shade there. If tou are happy to scramble the rocks, there is plenty of wildlife there too....fish, a billion crabs and brazen seabirds.there are plenty of restaurants, both local and tourist all just a stones throw away and the walking street is as good as any.
The room was very quiet with air con and a fan that were efficient. The hot water was plentiful in the shower and cleaners were operating every day.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and English was really strong which of course is always appreciated , but never expected. The pool is more of a plunge pool, but thats all i personally ever need. You may consider it needs a bit of tlc, but it didnt bother me. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the road could barely be heard.just remember that the call to prayer can be heard almost everywhere. Oh, and a 7/eleven right next door. Amazing, and i hope to go back.

SST & PSIn the middle stretch of the island, if you prefer a quieter spot. Accessible if you are able to ride motorbike to explore other parts, otherwise tuktuk could be expensive to go around @300bht/couple or so. However, a 5-7mins walk out to a short street of food, massage, mini mart & bakery, good for our short stay.
Nice clean, comfortable & spacious villa of various type. We stayed nearest to the frontal row towards road/concierge, a walk-up pool & forest facing. There are other larger villas nearer beachfront restaurant/another pool or facing the beach. Beachfront is very short stretch, private & rocky beach. Nice & relaxing view within the hotel area but not to be explored out from the beach. Low season during our stay was not overcrowded but when all the guests stayed in, may face a shortage of deck chairs; we brought our towel to lay by the beach instead.

Il personale è stato cordiale ed estremamente disponibile. Poiché i nostri caricabatterie non entravano correttamente nelle prese, ci hanno immediatamente fornito una nuova multipresa con quattro attacchi. Il bagno non era esattamente pulito. C'erano ragnatele sul soffitto. Anche il rubinetto del lavandino era allentato. La doccia era eccellente, persino separata dal WC da un muro. Il ristorante era ai piedi della montagna, che è una discesa ripida! Il cibo in sé era buono. Ci sono anche due piscine e un parco acquatico. È possibile prenotare il parco acquatico separatamente. Anche le escursioni possono essere prenotate qui. Non è lontano dalla strada principale, ma si può andare ovunque in moto. È possibile prenotare alla reception. Il negozio non ha molta scelta. Il soggiorno è stato buono.
